Had tons of great books to sell. 75% new. But their offer was $7.69 lmao. No worries donating them to my local library bookstore instead, other readers can enjoy them for a small library donation.

Terrible customer service. Unkempt and messy. Online and digital marketplace prices meaning inflated prices for mostly everything. No store catalog/inventory so employees have no knowledge of what is on their own shelves. Buyback system is a joke . Temper expectations drastically . I'm talking nickles and dimes . Employees look busy but are really gossiping and don't clean or keep things orderly . Bad attitudes from the men and women who work here .

I love this place. First time there and it was more than what I imagined. They have tons of DVD, CD, action figures and anime even Tv's, laptops old gaming consoles its worth going and experiencing it and yes they have books all kinds. They also buy stuff there also.

This place is huge and full of old cool stuff. If you’re looking for an old movie or video game this should be your first stop. They also have old tech and memorabilia but these items tend to be more pricey.

I absolutely love love love this store it is my favorite book store I've ever been to the book selection is impeccable and at a very good price also there are so many gems I have found at this store I've bought over $50 books from here. The staff are always super friendly and kind and very helpful.

Selection was awesome. Store smelled like cinnamon buns wafting in from the mall which was a surprisingly pleasant smell mixing with the pages. Only reason I'd take off a star is their buyback program is pretty meh. I brought in about a dozen books, all in pretty great condition and about half hardcover, and they only wanted to give me about three and half bucks for the lot of them (about $.30 per book), so that was a bit of a bummer, but they've gotta make a profit. They do seem to give a good rate on newer video games, though, FYI.
Customer service the whole way through was fantastic with a smile, so I can't fault them there either 😃
