This is my first time buying furniture in store from Bob’s and let me tell you it was the easiest thing. Right as we walked in, we were approached by an associate, but didn’t feel pressured, which was great. We had the best consultant her name was Beverly. She was very helpful as it was my first time buying furniture. While allowing me and my boyfriend the freedom to look around she still gave her opinion and insight which was definitely needed. Ask for Beverly if you guys ever go to Bobs in Totowa !

Sales Rep Memo gets 5 stars. Store itself gets 1. Purchased 2 sets of countertop height stools (4 stools total, sold in packs of 2). Picked up the 2 boxes immediately after purchase. Both boxes labeled correctly. Opened one box and assembled both chairs. Support beam was cut by manufacturer wrong, and chair has one leg about 1/4" shorter than rest. Need to use multiple pads on leg to compensate. Next morning, opened end box. Chairs inside were the wrong color. Box labeled incorrectly. Called and found out customer support is closed on Sundays. Also recall buying the last 2 boxes, so ... might be screwed. If store assists seamlessly, l update to a higher rating, but until then, this seems like a huge inconvenience.

In store experience was great. The salesperson (Ernie) listened to what we were looking for and readily brought us to several choices. He also pointed out the various options of each so that we were able to make a choice that best suited our needs. Placing the order and checkout were efficient. I think we were in and out within 20 minutes with delivery scheduled for this week. Can't wait!

I always shop at Bobs for my furniture needs and as always I received exceptional service by Ricardo. We went in knowing what we wanted by the reality was it was too grandiose for our space. Ricardo could have easily just drew everything for us to take but instead he actually heard our needs and space concerns and he guided us in a better direction of bedroom furniture to pair with our space.
