Visited this Bloomingdale’s store.. exclusively for NESPRESSO shopping and few other stuff

They have nice collections of clothing…
Quality is really good and few of them are on high end.

Staff are very friendly

We were assisted by couple of staff
With our shopping and was very happy.

Handbags, shoes, jewellery, perfume department have wide range of options.

Huge store spread across two floors. Lots of inventory, really big men’s department. Jewelry section is also very impressive, excellent collection, lots of sales. We bought a pair of earrings for 70% discount. Associates are super and do their best to get you the best deal.

Horrible service. I called the manager (Gina B Artistry) she was very rude to me and treated me like trash. I don’t even know how she got this job in the first place. I would suggest to everyone to stay away from this store. I hope they find a better manager because she is gonna be the reason this store will eventually close.

I have been shopping at this bloomingdales for 20+ years. I live in the area. Hence, I also live at this mall
Today, I visited the women's sunglass section. I never buy sunglasses here. Usually, i go to Neiman or Chanel. I literally waited online and found myself put off and ignored by the FOUR elderly, caucasian SA who preferred to take care of the needs of the Russian couple who basically cut in front of me and wedged there bodies in where I was standing. I'm pretty hard to miss.

I circled around for 10 minutes and left. I already emailed the store manager.

Went in last night to the 3rd floor women's dress department to look for prom dresses for my daughter. There were 3 women working who were literally INVESTED in this with us. They even asked my daughter to come back and show them pictures of her all dressed up. She said they were her hype girls and felt very special. Awesome experience, you don't get that shopping online!
