Lovely boutique! I stopped in for the first time on Christmas Eve, to get my daughter some extra gifts, and everyone was so gracious and kind. Everyone in the store was greeted warmly. Sweet family. Thank you ladies!

The owner of this boutique (Rejane) is extremely paranoid and overbearing. You can see from the replies left on reviews below five stars. This boutique does not support diversity of sizes and often only has one large for an entire rack… you can go in yourself and see it, you don’t need to trust me. If you need an extra large, forget about it. I think your money is better spent elsewhere with supportive staff, inclusive sizing, and a kind business owner…

Not sure what “footage” she’ll review for this review but I have no reason to lie about these things. Perhaps it is time to take a look inward instead of blaming others for criticisms.

I agree with C K review. . My First time there, only me and another individual in the store 2 staff workers and all the attention was on this white individual Constantly trying on jeans they made a mistake for not Listening I told the Cashier twice not to forget my second pair of jeans I don’t know where her mind was , She kept saying I know I know I won’t forget and that’s the first thing she did big mistake forgot to put my other Jeans that I wanted to purchase in my bag. that staff seems like they’re prejudice and racist they need to attend to all their Clients customers-equal matter and better professionalism Is very important and it’s not hard to do. I’m a straight shooter straight to the fact, after all you are open to the public don’t ever judge’s book by its cover. Because guess what if you or A family member end up in the hospital people like me…..NURSES are the ones caring for your sick prejudices, Races People. First responders are trained to observe everything and treat everyone equal/ hospital setting. Like I said there focus was on one person and one person only and that’s where their mistake was. I don’t live next-door which it really was upsetting. And of course everyone wants to be sorry these days. I don’t forget faces and I hope you or any off your family members don’t become my patients. they couldn’t handle my job. LOL. Coming from a family of business owners respect Courtesy is a priority.

I absolutely love this boutique! It’s the best boutique in North County. They have the cutest and most fashionable clothes for so many types of occasions, it’s my go to for every day clothes and when I’m looking for something special. On top of their amazing selection the people who work here are absolutely the best…so personable, helpful, friendly and always make you feel so welcome. It’s overall the best shopping experience I have had! I highly recommend it. It’s not to be missed.

I’m never normally one to take the time to write a review for places but this time I feel it is needed. My mom & I came yesterday (2/9/23) & it was our first time ever going here so we were excited. Three women working & not one person ever greeted us hello, no one said one word to us the whole time, no one even looked at us, it felt like we were totally invisible. My mom wanted to try on a pair of cute tennis shoes & there was no where to sit (there were chairs behind the counter but since no one acknowledged us no one offered a chair) no one offered to get us help with another size shoe to try on, my mom’s trying to balance up against the glass wall to try on the shoe, we tried to find our own size shoe since no help. No one ever asked if we needed help, or are finding everything okay. No hello, no welcome, no acknowledgement, no goodbye. Not busy at all when we were there. Only 2 other women besides us & 3 employees there at the time. We have never experienced that type of rude treatment at any other store in our lives it was bazar. Never going back ever again. Shame cause they had some cute clothes. I don’t recommend to anyone ever going there to support such a rude business.

I always come by here since I live in the area. Yesterday, I came in to buy a present with my daughter and the lady and her mother ( I don’t know if she is the owner) we’re so rude. The mother stared down my daughter and then continued with me. She was looking at us top to bottom like we did not belong there. She never smiled or asked if she could help. She was right in front of us just staring. Then, she followed my daughter around the store . My daughter is a teenager. Her daughter proceeded to
check us out at the register and when I asked for my receipt she said “ No Returns”. I said “ That’s fine, thank you”.
She did not respond anything. I have shopped here many times as I do love their clothes and jewelry. I will never be coming back. She made my daughter felt so uncomfortable… They were racist and prejudice to us. We are Latin American. Just because we are not white, it does not mean we are poor and can not afford to shop here. I will be going shopping elsewhere. Don’t be so judgmental and treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

Thank you for responding. I am expressing what my experience and my daughter’s was. The lady was staring at us from top to bottom for a couple minutes and never said hello or can I assist you. She followed my daughter around the store. Then, when I paid I was not handed my receipt, which is fine. I asked for it politely and all your employee said was : “ There are no returns”. I have no problem with that. It’s the way she said it. She could have said “we have a no return policy on jewelry, just to let you know and thank you for shopping with us”. I have shopped here several times, if you look on your records and I have never returned anything. They were rude and they did not treat us with respect. That is a FACT and that is the truth. I have had other employees help me and they have been super nice, but these two ladies, were RUDE. I will not be returning.

Enjoyed shopping at Bloom very much. I was left alone to look around. The store is clean, neat, and well put together. Super cute selection. Have bought for myself, my daughter, and gifts for friends. My new go-to boutique!
