Jackson didnt reveal the cost of him doing the taxes until the very end. he charged me the entire refund check I would have gotten for him to do the taxes. Utterly ridiculous

Alex got me in the same day I called. I had several years of unfiled taxes and she made it VERY easy to get caught up. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with my experience. My fiancee will be using her next year also.

I’ve been going here for my business accounts over the last three years. Connie has continued to do stellar work and I can not ask for more. She reaches out to me anytime there is an issue and is always one step ahead of me. I am last minute and always doing things the hard way. She is patient with me and can always seem to get an appointment in when I would expect there to be none left. I feel like family whenever I walk in here and they will continue to have my business account for as long as she is there.

After just a couple of minutes I was very uncomfortable. The person doing my taxes seemed very unsure of herself and was fumbling with the computer program. She was not entering the information needed and had to ask for help a couple of times. I wanted to grab my paperwork and run. She did mention that she only does the simple returns and is not capable of working on more complicated returns. It was very clear that she needs more training with this program. I stuck it out and after what took longer than it should have and after multiple attempts (and help from the other individual) we finally finished. I paid my $218 but I will never go here again!
