I have mixed reviews. The salesmen and everyone in the store are great. I had somebody come and install all my window blinds. The man did a horrible job and everything started falling off within a day it was installed. When I called back, they wanted a service charge. I had one person come install blinds on my sliding door who did amazing job after and he even addressed the issue on my other windows stating that the installer did a wrong job.

Extremely satisfied! The guys came in, unboxed everything, remeasured for accuracy, and installed all of my new blinds very quickly. Programmed my remote to my requests and cleaned up and left my house like they were never there.

Install was ok. Purchased a motorized blind that stopped working in under a year. It's under warranty but we need to pay service fee of 175 and could require multiple visits of 175 each time. Strongly recommend staying away from the motorized blinds.

Easy purchase - you can bring home samples to stare at alone, but also talk to an experienced salesperson and see how they look/feel/function in the store. The measure/install appts were quick and the roller shades look great. Affordable price point and the quality is solid.

My husband and I came to the store with very limited knowledge on what we wanted and what our options are, and the staff went above and beyond! Valerie was exceptional in her customer service and patiently explained all the different varieties along with the pros and cons of each. She took her time to walk us through the showroom, go through pictures online, and listen to our feedback. She and Lydia also drew pictures to help explain the different blinds, shades, etc and their benefits and drawbacks. Both women took their time to learn what was important to us and looked over pictures of our home to get a feel for our design aesthetic. It was absolutely 10/10 service and we left the store with quotes for our top options, feeling well informed to make a final decision this week and that the staff was acting in our best interest. We also appreciated that we were able to borrow the samples to compare against our furniture and wall colors! So definite shout out to Valerie and Lydia for making the process feel fun, welcoming, and seamless 🙂

In June 2024, I ordered & received blinds for my bedroom. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Chris, my sales rep, was very helpful & provided excellent service. The quality of the blinds is top notch. I highly recommend Blinds To Go.

Worst store experience of my life
Nov 21 2024 purchased a window shade with a mechanism and 2 weeks later was handled a shade with a different mechanism..the explanation after returning and getting a new "fixed" one, with the same problem was the fabric is too thick won't work w the mechanism you want.december 22 2024 a month later I picked a diferent fabric ..after waiting 2 months on February 19 2025 ( never got a call I was checking on my order every couple weeks) I picked my shade only to find the same original order that I refuse for not been what I ordered.i was told at the store after returning the shade that the new fabric was discontinued and was lied about" someone contacted you and you agreed to go back to the original."..not only incompetence but lies too...had to dispute the charges with the credit card ( 3 months without blind in my dining room) since they refused to refund me.my next step will be a complaint with better business bureau. Unreal.
