The staff member when I bought my items would not let me try on my clothes because the store going to close in 5 minutes. I got my items home and they did not fit. I was not aware that there was not a return policy on their clothing and that some of their items are final sale. It was on the tag "final sale", but it was not legible, so I would never have known that's what it said until the staff member pointed it out when I went to return my items that did not fit.

This staff member was very rude. I explained I did not know they had a no return policy or I would have never bought anything from there without trying it on. She refused to give me store credit for the final sale item even though I explained I did not know what the tag said because you cannot make out what it says. She was very rude and it caused me to be rude back.

I will never shop here again (even after years of shopping here) because I was not informed of the no return policy verbally and the customer service of that staff member who i believe it the owner.

Colleen and Alainia are always very mind of my shopping needs. They always keep a wide variety of plus size clothing. Shoes always to match. So very thankful for Blessed Endeavors!
