I had a fantastic experience at BJ’s Wholesale Club on Route 73 in NJ! The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products, from fresh produce to household essentials. The staff is friendly and helpful, making shopping here a breeze. I also appreciate the great value and bulk options, perfect for saving money. Overall, a top-notch warehouse club with excellent service and deals. Highly recommend!

I would like to take this opportunity to say that my experience in BJ’s was made Absolutely wonderful by a young lady Hope who is part of the management team of BJ’s and Voorhees…. She is an Asset for that Retail business, being professional, courteous, and a problem solver…. I went to purchase an 85 inch TV which required some extra hands to help put it on a cart….. Not only did she leap into action to help…. but she also helped make sure the entire experience went well while running the front end properly….. You can obviously tell that she likes her job and enjoys dealing with people….. Not only was the experience good in the store, but she also came out to help. Make sure everything was done right and proper…… I hope BJ’s recognize what a valuable employee she is😊

I've been here before and shop here regularly. Today, on October 5th at 5:40 pm, the male salesperson at the self-checkout was very rude. We asked for help multiple times, but he only assisted us when my wife approached him personally. He had an aggressive smile and explained that it's easy, knowing we couldn't read English well. This is my first bad experience here, and I hope the management checks this incident. I hope he won't be rude to anyone else. I'm stressed because he was aggressive and unfriendly.

Customer service was great. Love the self check out. Still hate using unstable leftover boxes to transport. Wish there was a better way to get stuff home. Dread a shopping trip here and the 20 trips to and form car when I get home

Be careful with the expiration dates. So much of the foods here expire within the next week. Makes me think that they get food discounted because of the expiration dates.

Deli Only Review: Notoriously understaffed. By far the most time consuming activity you’ll do outside of a doctors waiting room.
Solution: park benches or lounge chairs and a couple shelves of books to pass the time.

Update: 4 stars baby! I can’t believe it! BJs has done a 180 at the deli! They’re now fully staffed, pleasant and efficient. Congratulations to the management for making effective change for the better!! It’s rare these days... why not 5 stars you say, well like all large cooperations BJs likes to play politics and they tote the party line. Vote with your wallet people, it’s the only vote we have left that actually gets counted.

This BJ’s location is a good option if it’s the closest, however other locations are better options and usually worth the longer drive.
