I loved this shop. Found so many good things. I got back home and made their gluten free pasta for lunch with a little basil olive oil and garlic cilantro dark vinegarette. Sooooo delicious! It's not always easy to find good gluten free pasta, I definitely would recommend this one!

Great Store! We tried the white Strawberry peach balsamic vinegar in the store. So GOOD! They had such an amazing in store assortment! I wish I lived closer! I would go back just to visit this shop owner. He was THE BEST!It's not just an olive oil store either. Freshly made pasta, honey ? and so much more! Just go visit Robert and buy some amazing olive oil to make your life a bit more tasty! He says he ships too ?

We visited Bisbee for the first time, were attracted by the music coming from the shop, what a great experience we had. Not only the olive oil was good but we stayed there and talked to the owner, amazing energy he has. The kind of place you want to go back to just to feel good ? and listen to good music.

Went here last year with my son. Absolutely great shop. Owner was awesome, funny and entertaining. Talked with my older son about the records he was selling in store while I shopped for my favorite oils. Finally going back to the town today. Can't wait to stop by!!?

Always enjoy talking to the owner, LOVE THE OLIVE OIL, AND THE AVOCADO OIL, I tried the fig balsamic vinegar and fell in love, so I had to buy a bottle of that as well.

First time to Bisbee, and I am so glad we stopped here! The owner is so awesome, quite funny and very personable!! This place had a great vibe and made ya just kinda want to be there.. We could have stayed there for hours. We bought several olive oils and they are amazing, BUT the balsamic vinegars are to die for! I bought the garlic cilantro balsamic and it is the best I have ever had! Seriously! Marinate your chicken in it, and you will thank me!! This is a must see if you go to Bisbee. If you don't check out their website. I'm getting the big bottles now! 🙂

I purchased the Mango Habanero Vinegar when I was in town visiting and I love, love, love it! I wish I had gotten 2 of them. I drizzle it over my salads with a little olive oil and it's fantastic!
