We stopped in to check out some Birkenstock shoes and were warmly welcomed by the staff. All of the ladies working greeted us as well as our two dogs (we asked if it was okay to bring them in and got an enthusiastic yes). Even though we didn’t make a purchase this time, the service was excellent and prices were right in line with other Birkenstock retailers. A friendly and inviting store—we’ll definitely be back!

As some might not know this is NOT a real Birkenstock store, they are just using the name and only have a few actual Brikenstocks. The real name is Coastal Shoes. But the two stars is for there customer service. An older man told me I could exchange my shoes for a wide pair after only wearing them for 5 mins. After driving 1 1/2 hours to exchange the shoes, the same guys said "want's you wear them the are unreturnable". And because of the few small pieces of dirt on the bottom on my shoes, I could not return them ether. When ever shoe manufactures makes their sizes slightly different, how can we see if our $200 purchase fits without wearing them. Go some where else, please! Here is a picture of the bottom of my shoe showing. I only wore them for five minutes. Completely unprofessional.

Visited with my mom and one of my daughters today. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and attentive. We got there before opening time and the shop was open promptly on time, we were greeted when walking in the door and were able to walk away with a new pair of Birkenstocks. My only wish is that there were more children options.

Zero customer service! Zero friendly greeting. The lady didn't even acknowledge our presence in the tiny store. I would have made a purchase IF I had been waited on or at least greeted. The shoes are PRICEY! You would think they would appreciate a sale.

Great friendly staff. They helped my husband find the right size and fit. They had his size, which was hard to find this time of year. I will return and do business with them in the future. I called ahead and left a message and they called me back within a reasonable amount of time, great service over the phone too.

We have driven past this place for years. I thought to myself someday I'd like to go shop there. Yesterday was the day! I've had four pairs of birks in the past and had a good idea of what I was looking for. It is a small establishment and they have to be firm about how many customers are in the shop but it is worth the wait. The lady who helped me was efficient and offered great advice on the care of my new biekenstocks. I am so glad we stopped and shopped!
