The loads are illegal unsecured loads. If you cross the weigh station in Georgia you the driver will have to pay a citation fine for $352 dollars. Refuse these loads if you do not want to risk your CDL and pay a $352 fine. The rolls are big for you to climb over to strap the load. The has to be secured from both directions. Again DOT will give you a citation for an unsecured load. I am a driver that just had a citation fine for one of these loads.

I had an unload of cardboard bales && a reload w/ paper rolls. Only 2 of the 3 doors working on the unload side. Had 3 trucks ahead of me in doors && 7 waiting in the lot. A lot of walking back && forth. Arrived after 1700 not leaving til 230 Smhh. Unload && reload decently fast in the door. One loader on each side but the guy on the load side literally load a trailer then takes a break it seems in between.

This place doesn't care about drivers hours. You arrive at your appointment time for pickup and you will wait up to 30 hours before they have your load ready. Also they will make you leave the property if your load not ready. If you are bringing in a load of cardboard bales their receiving dock is covered in over a foot of paper sludge and water for months now. I would avoid this place

The place is an absolute trash.
Starting from the guardshack and ending with the facility.
Guard acts and talks like he owns you. If you are here to be loaded, be ready to wait for at least 8 hours ( I waited for 14 hrs). If you are here to unloaded and reloaded then you waiting here for a whole day and you have to check out and check back in to the same facility.
Well, embrace.
Administration: change the guard. I know, he is old and stuff, he is the one who gives the first impression.

Another review after my delivery and reload. Just getting here, you are going to McKinley Paper not Bio Papel. As you come in at top of hill there is a holding area to the right just above the scale house. Pull over into the holding area, park and walk down to the scale house with your bills or pickup info or both. They get real testy if you drive down to the scale house. Then you'll wait and wait in the holding area. I'm at 2 hrs and counting.

I've been coming here for years. It's absolutely a place that couldn't care less about Truckers. You can easily spend 8-24 hours here trying to get unloaded or loaded. The facility was built in the 90s and is owned and operated by Mexico. It is run down and constantly breaks down. They have 6 docks, but at any given time, only 2 will ever be available to be used. It's not the workers' or guards' fault. The company itself is in incredible mismanagement. If at all possible, avoid this place. Mega carriers like SWIFT, MVT, WESTERN EXPRESS, send tons of trucks here are always busy, and filled with newbies learning how to back. Out of all the paper plants I've visited across America, this one has fallen the lowest. Nice guard shack and forklift drivers, though. πŸ‘Œ
