Horrible customer service. I had an issue with the drive thru car wash, which I’ve used in numerous occasions, but this time the rinse did not work properly and left soap on my vehicle. I went inside to speak to the attendant, seeking a refund or at least a credit for another wash. His excuse was that it’s all automated and there’s nothing he could do. He also said no one had complained about the wash to which I replied, “I’m complaining”. He said he’s not responsible for anything to do with the car wash. I reminded him that he had stepped out to the car wash in the past when I take my truck to remind me to fold in my mirrors, but yet he claims he has nothing to do with it. The person behind the counter was male, in his 60s/70s, white w/ accent. Not sure if he’s the manager, but he’s there often. Anyway, cannot believe he couldn’t try and save a customer over $10. I guess I’ll be going back up the 76 by the West Covina mall.
