Pizza was wonderful. As seen in many other reviews the brown haired lady is just not pleasant at all. The dining space is cluttered with random things which would have been easily overlooked if the service was good. Regardless of how great the pizza was, I would not return. We received much better service from a teenager at a fast food restaurant the next day.

Pizza was good. Quirky owner, would not allow substitutions on the combo toppings. Nice to have bison topping, but silly not to allow you to mix and match.

Noisy and abrasive to be inside, when an order was up they took their metal spatula and whacked the metal shelving. The woman running the front of the shop was very sweet.

Being from the Chicagoland area, it’s tough to find good pizza while on vacation.

Big Time Pizza passed the test and what made the experience even more special is knowing it is a generationally owned establishment with the Dad doing the cooking and the daughter doing everything else.

It’s a shame no one wants to work at a place like this when help is certainly needed.

Hopefully the business keeps ticking along for many more years to come. 🤞🍕

This was a random stop for dinner after walking through Hot Springs. It was a 45-minute wait, which I don't feel is that bad. We ordered their quad pizza, which is four different pizzas on one. It was amazing pizza. If you are around the area and desire real pizza, not box store pizza. Hands down, I highly recommend trying a pizza here.

Big Time Pizza is a true gem! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with an incredible bakery-like aroma that instantly sets the stage for something special. The pizza itself? Absolute perfection. The crust strikes the perfect balance of crispy on the outside, yet soft and airy inside, making every bite a Big Time delight. The toppings are generous, with each ingredient shining, especially the well-seasoned ground beef that adds a fantastic kick of flavor. Even the slices our neighbors left behind were so tempting we couldn’t resist trying them and they were just as amazing! 😂 Highly recommend!

My wife and I ordered a medium Supreme pizza. It was an excellent pizza, good toppings and great crust. We were visiting town and almost went back the next day too, cause it was so good. We’d definitely go back if we have another opportunity.

This business is ran by a family. The father makes the pizza and the daughter runs the front. This is the best pizza I have ever had, I kid you not. I live in Colorado and will drive the over 6 hours to Hot Springs.

There is nothing like it as a pizza enthusiast. I will be back!!! It was so delicious I had to thank the chef. God bless you!!
