I’ve been getting my car maintenance done here since I got my license. the service is impeccable and the staff have always gone beyond the services provided. they explain to me in detail what service is needed and demonstrate what i can do to prevent it from escalating. service never takes any longer than a few hours, so its very fast. never had any problems or issues, and i will always be a returning customer

Excellent shop. I've had my basic oil changes handled at Big O Tires and more recently I had a car with the "engine light" on. They diagnosed the issue quickly and offered a timely repair. A great choice if you need tires! (Big O always is...) But the Sunrise Big O truly shines! Easy to schedule, fast service, and super friendly! They even got me in the next day to center my steering wheel after my alignment. Excellent customer service and excellent value!!

Trevor is a great manager who trains his team well as well as caters to your expectations for the best price and gets you the very best deal possible… on quality tires…. he did a great price quote initially and because my schedule got crazy and it expired, he did another and actually beat his last price he gave me…. The tires are awesome too! This is the best in class for all big o tire business in Sacramento area for sure! I won’t go anywhere else….
