Great store friendly associates and always has good selection. And nice clean store well kept. It's my only alternative to Walmart. Wish Big lots would stay open. 😪

I had the pleasure of being treated rudely by JAY. THEY could not be bothered today and was visibly annoyed in trying to find be rewards account. THEY made no eye contact or smiled or tried to be helpful in any way. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT BEING RUDE. BIG LOTS WHEN YOU DECIDE TO HIRE GOOD EMPLOYEES USE THEM AS A CASE STUDY ON WHO NOT TO HIRE.

I made an order online for same day delivery and was charged 100 for same day deliver it was not delivered same day nor was it done on second day when I called in to customer service I was hung up on 3 times when I first called in I was told my ticket would be escalated and so,e one should call me in a few hrs to give me an update after 3 hrs is when I called back and was hung up on when I called the 4th time I finally got a supervisor on the line only to find out the first representative I spoken too did not put the ticket it also during. My other calls before I was hung up on one representative told me that they could give me the vendors information and I could call them to find out why they have not delivered yet so I'm expected to call there vendor to find out why they customer service supervisor I spoke too just gave me the run around aabout how they escalated the ticket and would get back to me still no product and still charged for same day delivery and it's going on the second day
