Jen was so tremendously helpful, welcoming, patient, and kind. It was such a pleasant pro shop experience after a 20 year bowling hiatus. She made me feel right at home and took time to answer questions, educate, and delight with the fast service. She also included a free lesson with the ball drilling which was really appreciated.

I suggest you seek out this pro shop even if you don’t live in the area and support this family run business!

I can't recommend Jen's pro shop enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things bowling and really knows her stuff.
Jen’s work is exceptional. She recently helped me fix a terrible drilling and measuring mistake made by another shop, and the difference was night and day. She took the time to assess the problem and made sure everything was perfect.
You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience and satisfaction of every person who walks through her door.
And on top of it all, she's fun to talk to! Jen makes the whole process fun and engaging, which is rare in any retail experience. Bowled for years just using lane balls and got pretty good. Decided to go into the pro shop and met Jen. She’s extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. She helped my fiancée and I purchase professional balls. Not only did she identify our bowling patterns and drill the balls to our specific needs. She was there for us there after and continues to be during our bowling experience. There are a million pro shops, but only one Jen. The customer service she provides is unmatched.
