Love my Jamis Hudson 7 speed bicycle. I added the shiny black basket and cell phone holder. Van the bike store owner was awesome as it took me awhile to pick the perfect color. I got the Sugar Grape color since purple 💜is my favorite color! It was the bike I was attracted to as soon as I walked in the store! This bike is perfect plus it has a comfortable memory bike seat too. My husband put purple lights around the wheels too. It is very comfortable to ride and easy to get on and off. I love bike so much highly recommended! 💜💜💜

I recently visited this shop to get a couple of parts replaced on my bike that broke. This shop is absolutely the best! Best customer service, best repairs, and the most reasonable price. Turnaround time was also the shortest from shops in the area. You can’t go wrong coming here for your bike needs!

Great shop and even better customer service! We always got our bikes here as kids. 20+ years later, (haven't ridin a bike in 10-15 years) I was very happy to be able to come back and get a new bike. The bike I wanted had to be ordered but was delivered, built and ready for pick up within days. They took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel like I was getting the best bike for me. Can't say enough good things about this shop!

I don't write a ton of reviews but I just had to in this case. I've had bikes serviced here and purchased my latest one through Bicycle Rack -- actually on their recommendation based on my needs. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Their service and expertise are top-notch. Yesterday I must have hit a pothole while on a ride and blew out my tire. I called this morning to see if I could have it replaced today and they fit me in immediately. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place. Five stars isn't enough.

Took my Bike to get serviced last week. After 6000 miles it needed a major tuneup. The work was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. They are excellent mechanics and use them for all of my bicycle servicing. Also, the addition of orange bar tape was the icing on the cake

I wrote a review a number of years ago. So, I just want to write another. There is no substitute for you LBS, local bike shop, especially when guys like Van are the owner. I was riding my MTB and snapped the rear Derailleur on Wednesday. I dropped it off Wednesday at 2:30. Thursday at 2:50 I get a call the repair is done. When I picked it up a full explanation was given for the work done and the price was less then I expected. I looked online for the parts. It was repaired and returned in less time then I could have the parts shipped to my house. Van has been in the business for decades an knows his customers well. He only sells quality bikes and parts. Definitely worth the time and effort to get it fixed right at The Bicycle Rack. I will continue to go back!
