I’ve been going here for the last three years and have always been impressed with the work they do. Not only will they special order hats in for me but they have taken complex logos and done a meticulous job transcribing them. They are professional and easy to work. They will even take your own hats and design the logos on them for you. I highly recommend them as a small locally owned business working out of the Mesilla Valley Mall.

I order a shirt from Sabistian on Saturday he told me it would be done by Sunday Morning I had an event I needed the shirt by Sunday Evening went in Sunday shirt was not Ready he told me he would text when the shirt was donestayed until 4PM then I had to go to my event without the Shirt today is Thursday and still no text I text him and reply’s with shirt was done Monday. Went in and he stated that it’s all the owners fault took no responsibility for anything

Poor Quality and Job. I went in on Sunday to place an order for Christmas gift exchange. The employee lets me know if Friday would be ok. I said Sure! He texts me the next day that it was ready. I was surprised! I show up and that thing looked like my 4yr old Iron it here at home. I checked more so when I got home and found air bubbles in the print! Never Again. So much for getting our business shirts there. Very Disappointing!

1star is generous. Customer service is mid, employees are not knowledgeable, and the owner is pretentious.

Email them, the communication and customer service is at a 6th grade level. Be patient.

Long story short, they messed up my shirt order and they blamed it on the shirt I brought in. Mind you, they are the ones who recommended the shirt and accepted it. I had better luck with my wife's circuit.

Very poor customer experience. Ordered a custom jacket. Was lied to multiple times by both an employee and the manager. Did not make it by requested time. They damaged the jacket. Manager told me he overnighted a new one and started over. I found out he used the damaged jacket and just embroidered over the torn area and lied about them redoing everything. I figured it was worth posting this review. If the manager wants to lie to my face multiple times, and think he got over on me, I feel like one star is more than they deserve.
