The best cable/mobile phone office I have ever been in. They are knowledgeable, and they don't lie to you, like my previous company. It ended with a high-5 and a hug! And the phone works just as it should. I'm really happy with them. Especially the lady who helped me, although I'm sorry, can't remember her name.

Outside parking is tight and frequently filled during busy hours. Also lots of truck traffic in that outside lot (FedEx, UPS, etc). There is also underground parking, accessed via the side-street (LA Peer), that is free (for use when accessing businesses in the Plaza only). Unless it's a 10-sec visit, underground parking is a better option.
