Also the "no ice" drinks have me disrespected. Mr. Buzz there was nobody inside the shop at 7pm on a Sunday do yall just hate me? It was a pickup order I had no interactions with them lol

I'm really happy to discover Better Buzz. I ordered their amazing avocado toast and a latte with almond milk online, and everything was ready by the time I arrived. Customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. So happy they have non-dairy and gluten-free options. I'm hoping later they will offer vegan pastries. The place was packed and the line was long, so ordering ahead definitely helped. The avocado toast and coffee were both delicious, and I loved the ambiance. Very generous portions. It's definitely worth it when you want to treat yourself after a long week. I'm glad I found this place and will definitely be back.

I’ve tried coming here twice and ordered a hot snickerdoodle latte and hot vanilla latte, but both times my cups were never full. Last time I got two smalls and about 2-3 inches were missing from both cups. This time, I upped the sizes in hopes there’d be more, but a substantial amount was still missing. Although I got whip cream on one, there was still too much room at the top.

The coffee is really good, but before you leave, make sure to open the lid and check. For the price you pay, it's a given you’d want a full cup.

I love this place! I went my entire adult life without drinking coffee, I never liked the taste, but when we moved here a few months ago I was in need of a major energy boost. I decided to try the Caramel Vanilla Latte here, hoping it wouldn't taste too much like coffee, and it was delicious! I've been coming back every morning since! The staff here is wonderful too! So friendly and efficient! Ashley is one of the GMs at this location and she's fabulous!

Came to this place early in the morning, I’m not a regular customer but I worry about what other people have been consuming from here seeing as I got big and small pieces of broken black plastic in a açaí bowl I had picked up for my pregnant wife. Normally I get a sandwich to share with my wife but today my love wanted to try something different and now she’s regretting ever trying.
She told me there was a bunch of hard stuff in the bowl, thinking it was berries or seeds, but after I inspected the bowl further digging with the spoon provided by the restaurant I my jaw dropped in horror to uncover that this was not seeds or pieces of wood. To further confirm this in the picture there is a sticker still attached to the plastic. I hope no one comes here and poisons them self with this trash, and who knows what else they’ve been putting in our food. I hope this place shuts down or gets a bad review from a health inspector. I will no longer be going to this location and I hope you all do the same for the sake and health of our family and children.

I took my three kids last week because everyone I’ve talked to has raved about the coffee and the friendly staff and man were we not disappointed! The whole vibe is so welcoming and clean, a really sweet woman helped us with platinum blonde hair, she was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped us pick out items that were just perfect for us! She was so kind to my kids and I watched her interact with other customers with so much kindness 🫶🏼It’s not every day you can get excellent friendly service and top knotch food! Now I see why everyone is raving about this place, we’ll be weekly customers for sure!

Ordered a Mint Infused Iced Latte and a Blended Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk Chai. Both drinks were amazing and bursting at the seams with flavor. The Mint infusion in the Latte was actual mint infused in the coffee which went so nicely with the taste of their espresso coffee. The Pumpkin Spice chai tasted like pumpkin pie in a Chai latte even with the almond milk in place of regular milk. The service was fast and efficient waited maybe 5 mins for our drinks, prices were fair for the area being a higher end coffee shop chain and all. Would definitely come back for a drink when in town visiting. Thank you better buzz for a unique coffee experience. They also had lots of alternative caffeinated beverages available and non-caffeinated options as well. Did not get to try the food items, but they looked to be fresh and delicious from the ones I could see other people eating and what the menu described.
