This place is wonderful. I was driving from Austin to Denver and picked Raton to spend the night and break up the trip. The BW+ was highly-rated and I see why. The hotel is laid out a little differently than most and the people and the facility make the most of it. The room is clean, the carpet looks new, there’s a bar and restaurant built in, an indoor pool, the staff is first-rate and other amenities. I would consider driving to Raton just to stay in this place.

Easy to get in and out of and back to the interstate. Check in was quick and easy very friendly. Room was awesome. Best sleep I've had all week. Clean and having the restaurant connected was a huge bonus. Main reason we picked it was the location.

The check in experience was delightful; I thought it was cool how my room had 2 separate entrances, one from the secure interior where a nice looking pool is located, and then a second outside entrance to easily get things from my car. The hot morning breakfast, with made to order pancakes and fresh coffee were provided by friendly and attentive staff who were on top of keeping everything fresh and tidy. Terrific experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Great hotel and restaurant. Would not have expected what was all inside! Large open area with pool. It would be nice to have had a pool table and/or a ping pong table. It’s about an 1 1/2 hour drive to Angel Fire Resort. Worth the trip to check it out!

Nice hotel. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was included. The pancakes were yummy. Plus they have a automatic Nescafe coffee machine that makes a good Cup of coffee. The place is very clean. We had our dog with us. Great dog area. Only some guest do not clean up after their dogs.

Our family loved it, terrific service and staff were the best. The room was clean and adequate, restaurant was decent, the kids loved having an indoor pool and huge area to lounge and play in. The breakfast and breakfast service was comparable to what we've had at much more upscale hotels so that was a huge plus. We recommend staying here and will stay again in our way to visit family.

In all honesty, I haven't been here in 50yrs. I was a kid then. What I do remember is the indoor pool with the plastic poolside plants 🪴. Looking at the pictures, that vibe is still the same. The cheeseburgers were good too.

If I EVER pass this way again in life, I will make it a point to stay here.

Stopped here on the way home from Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. What a wonderful hotel! Newly remodeled; fabulous pool at one end of the lobby; water warm, accessible from indoor doors into rooms, but quiet at night. Nice restaurant and separate bar/lounge areas, lovely gift shop, breakfast buffet included has full menu and Southwestern items, also good coffee. Rooms are large, luxurious, clean, good in room coffee. Door from room to parking lot made it easy to bring in luggage but could enter the hotel facilities from the inside door; great in the winter. Wonderful decor and rock sculptures in the lobby; a lovely hotel with gracious service.
