This is the ONLY hotel we will stay in when traveling though Vegas. The location is a perfect distance from the strip without being super inconvenient. The rooms are excellent (we love the double queens + sofa bed!) and we love that it is so pet friendly. We are big pool & hot tub fans when we travel and this location’s hot tub and pool are indoors with big windows to look out of. They are heated to be comfortable and enjoyable at any time throughout our stay. We love relaxing here any chance we can get. Thank you for making our travel breaks easy!

I was disappointed with this Best Western property. Very aged, not kept up like their other properties. Bathrooms are very old in appearance. Bedrooms are acceptable, but our bed is in need of a new mattress. |Not necessarily a safe feeling area, but ok.|Staff friendly and helpful. |Has indoor pool.|

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 3 nights with a family reunion. The room was very comfortable. I loved that the pool and jacuzzi were open all day and night. I especially appreciated Jamie lynn's assistance with my daughter's reservation which was a complicated situation. She was very helpful and very friendly. The location was in the middle of a shopping area which was a little strange but it worked out and was close to stores. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here six years ago and back then it was better. I definitely like the free breakfast and good quality food and drinks. I like the large size TV and that they have a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately there are more cons and I don’t feel they deserve three stars. Upon check in you do have to pay a 100 dollar security deposit that they say you get back upon check out but when in fact it’ll take your bank a few days to reverse it. They also asked me to pay for my entire stay upon arrival which I found weird. I booked through booking.com and nothing was mentioned that I was supposed to pay for my whole stay upfront.

The rooms were okay. It was very dusty and the furniture was all worn down with chipped paint. I did not like the bathrooms at all. It is old and out of date. I got locked in the bathroom and luckily my partner was able to open it from the outside. They really need to clean their vents of dust and it has such an old lady smell in this hotel. I couldn’t stay there and checked out within one night. The front desk was just okay they weren’t that friendly because they gave me a terrible room in the corner of the building and I asked nicely to get something closer to the front . The only exception was the guy who worked the night shift was very helpful. He was kind and helpful.

I paid just 50 dollars more a night to stay at a new hotel closer to the strip and was much more clean and maintained. This place really needs a remodel.

Nice hotel! Pool 24hrs which I’ve never heard of. Great! The rooms were pretty good. Clean. Only thing is the check in staff was not very friendly barely said hello just asked for my items otherwise great stay I would come back again!

We had a room on a ground floor and it was very noise. The doors are not sound proof, so we could hear every single sound from hallway and breakfast area. The TV was extremely loud at 6am in the breakfast room.

The jacuzzi’s dirty and water is lukewarm. No towels In the pool area.

There is no shampoo and body wash and facial tissues in our room.

The A/c was very loud too. We are definitely not coming back!

The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are lovely and clean. But the best part of staying here is the staff. They all are warm and go far beyond normal to help guests. I arrived after a difficult journey and was met with unexpected kindness, particularly by Jamielyn. She helped to turn a dark day into a brighter evening. I am grateful for her comfort and caring. .

The hotel has a lot of rooms. Our room was very quiet. The picture for the king room was exact. Shower great! Towels were great nice and big! Comfortable for a couple nights stay! We would have gotten a bigger room if our stay was longer.
