The beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was allright - you always find something better in other places but you are not going out empty stomach. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream.||Wifi was working good. Positive - the BW is away from the busy motorway - so its far more quiet - BUT there is a train going nearly every 2-3 hours which makes a lot of noise when they start beeping. And unfortunatly we had a room on the back (which we always prefer because its even more away from the road and normaly also more quieter) and there was a house with a dog constantly barking.

We chose this hotel March 5, 2025 , due to good experience with Best Western Plus and because it had a pool and hot tub. We were really disappointed when the pool and hot tub area were closed for extended maintenance. It seems it would be easy to have that noted on the hotel's website. We ended up instead by trying to watch TV, which worked but they have on going connectivity issues, no CNN or Fox news. On the positive side , the bed was good, and breakfast as well... Coffee could be improved, but coffee/ hot drink dispenser in the lobby offered good beverages.

We stayed here one night. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good better than any Best Western Plus I have stayed at. The breakfast selections were very good. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk woman that checked us in after 10pm was great. All I remember was she was also a Yellowstone fan and we talked extensively about the series and what was going to happen this season. She gave us a great room that was clean and quiet and had a comfortable bed and good amenities. She was very patient, kind, courteous and experienced. She gave us fresh bottled water and pointed out the morning breakfast service.

Also, in the morning the several women that hosted and managed the breakfast service were all wonderful. Very attentive and courteous. It was very busy when we were there an they were on top of everything. Hot coffee and food was consistently refilled, the tables cleared and ready for the guests cycling in. Overall very nice staff that work very hard to ensure the guests were taken care of and could get on their way with a good start to the day.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here while en route to Phoenix. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by Richelle at the front desk. She is wonderfully kind and warmhearted, and made us feel instantly welcome. When I asked her if the pool was open, she told me with sincere regret that it was closed for maintenance. She immediately sensed our deep disappointment since we only ever book hotels with indoor pools during cold or cool months. Swimming is a highlight of every travel experience for us since we do not have access to a pool at our private residence, and we recently experienced an out-of-order pool the last time we stayed in a Denver hotel just a few weeks earlier.
The important thing is that Richelle was genuinely sorry about this inconvenience, and her sincere remorse took the edge off our discontent. I understand that pools need maintenance, but I wish someone had contacted us via email, text, or phone prior to our checking in so that we could have looked into other options. All things considered, this was our only negative experience with this property, and I would have given five stars if it weren't for this unfortunate occurrence.
Our room was amazing! It had so much space for the five of us with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. We could have stayed here comfortably for days if that was our plan. We did have a small issue with the room safe not operating, but the maintenance man, Phil, came up quickly and resolved that issue. This brings me to the point that the service at this hotel was the absolute best part of our stay here. Richelle was so thoughtful and kind, and recommended Earl's Family Restaurant to us which we all thoroughly enjoyed. On top of that, Phil was remarkably helpful and kind while making our room safe work again. Also, breakfast was quite good, especially considering that it was included.
We appreciated the proximity to I-40 and to Earl's, and would definitely stay here again as long as the pool was open.

Great overall experience. The front desk ladies were friendly, professional and efficient at check in. Clean, nicely decorated rooms in a newer building. The highlight for me was the quality of the food and service at breakfast. Clearly well above the average for any hotel out there with good coffee and more sections of food than I've seen anywhere. New Mexican green chili is the bomb.

The room was great! The front desk staff at check in time in the afternoon were so sweet and professional, but the front desk night shift hotel clerk Roberta was terrible! I called for assistance regarding the heater and she replied back in such a rude and condescending manner regarding my issue. I couldn't believe how unprofessional her response was. She sounded like she was already done with her shift and did not want to be here dealing with customers. I called a couple of minutes after for extra tissue and again was treated rudely just for requesting for something. She kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak so I just requested for the morning shift staff to bring the items we requested for when they get on shift. I don't know if she realizes how badly she talks to people over the phone, but she was so unprofessional and rude. So please beware of the hotel clerk "Roberta". She'll definitely ruin the hotel experience for you just because of her extremely negative attitude. Other than that, he hotel is great. Nice rooms, nice area and met our needs for our stay.

Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Ours was facing the railroad (with constant cargo trains), but the noise was barely audible. |Downstairs is a lively breakfast area, with one of the better chain hotels breakfasts (morning enchiladas!)|Location is convenient - the historic El Rancho hotel is a one minute walk and the gas station and convenience store are across the street.
