Beds are horrible, you don't get the room you paid for especially if you have a dog. With no mention of that on their website. Currently "renovating". Only 3 handicapped parking spots and both are towards the front with no additional curb cuts to get into rooms. I do not recommend you stay here if you want a good nites sleep

Awesome hotel! Service was fantastic and the rooms were clean and the front desk staff was a really cool guy! Had problems getting into the room so went back to get another key made and that key worked! Stayed there in June and it was super hot but the room was super cool so it worked out perfectly! Will definitely stay here again in the future anytime I’m around Needles!

The rooms were recently renovated, clean, no stinky smells. Unfortunately it was 125 degrees out that day. Inside the room it didn’t get lower than 80 degrees. The staff was very friendly trying to help, provided an additional fan, which didn’t help. Loud train blaring horns. Pool was closed. Free breakfast was at the restaurant next door. If it wasn’t for the broken AC we would’ve stayed the night.

We didn’t stay at this location. We went to the Hampton Inn down the road. Rooms were nice and cool - recommend going elsewhere for AC hotel.

This is a basic motel. All rooms are open to the carpark. Beds were comfy. Room clean and fairly new. AC unit in our room was noisy.. but loud enough to drown out most of the noise of the main LA to Phoenix rail track right behind the motel which runs day and night. Dividing door to next room let a lot of noise through
.. including next door neighbors snoring. Staff helpful and welcoming.

The Colorado River Inn was an outstanding experience except for the free breakfast. Our room was spacious. The bed was great. The folks at the desk were very friendly & professional. The only downside to the whole experience was the free breakfast. The scrambled eggs & potatoes were cold and the orange juice tasted like Tang.

Room was on the older side (they are being refurbished) but was spotless. Loses a star because the breakfast in the restaurant was dire—maybe I’m used to better food being from Ireland but what was on offer was poor and made 5* become 4*. Pool was nice and staff members were pleasant. I’d stay here again, but give the breakfast a miss. We stayed on a room on the second floor that faced the restaurant. I suspect rooms on the other side will suffer from train noise.

The rooms are very old, dark and stuffy. Beds and furniture as well as the carpet are worn and old and would need immediate improvement. A big thanks to Connor who went out of his way to find us a decent room, unfortunately they were all the same. Don‘t look behind the beds or in corners, cleanliness there leaves a lot to be desired.
The hotel might not be able to change the facilities short term, but cleanliness is something that lies in hands of hotel management.
Pool was ok, also the breakfast, only thing was the stench of lacquer paint in the breakfast room.
We are now staying in Williams in a hotel with the same rate. There is no comparison, it’s way better.
If you don‘t need to stay in Needles, I would not recommend to do so.
If you have to, the Best Western might still be one of the better choices there, as far as I can judge the other hotels from outside.

Extraordinarily uncomfortable desk chair. Like sitting on a cinder block. A/C struggles to keep the room barely tolerable. Drink vending machine out of order. Front desk perfectly unhelpful. Wifi is unsecured and requires connecting to a third party website and giving unreasonable amounts of personal info over a connection that is trivial for anyone to eavesdrop on. For $140+ I expect just a little bit more than that. I won't return.
Even better, The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the couch in my room instead, and at 7am a work crew started demolishing the room next door with power tools and nonstop hammering. It's 9:30 now and they're still at it. This went from a crappy stay to an absolute nightmare. I don't just feel ripped off, I feel actively abused.
Edit: after checkout while waiting for my ride in the lobby, the phone has been ringing for ten minutes and the front desk is deserted.
