I dread coming into this store. Every time I come in, the ladies that work there have a bad attitude and act like helping you is a burden on them. Even when talking about going to BES to others I work with, they say the same thing too. Sucks we don’t have more work places to shop at here in town! 0 stars

Great selection and the floor help is great...... but when it came to check out my cashier stopped to help somebody else and just left me there long enough that I left and ordered everything I needed online

I have a hard time finding FR jeans for me. They really go out of their way and special order my size. Always great service for me no matter what I get.

I contacted the hotel today to inquire about rain boots, and I was impressed by the front desk staff's knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness. I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff member who assisted me over the phone for their time and dedication in providing assistance. The store has excellent customer service and I am very satisfied with my experience. 100% recommendation for their great service.

They have everything you need. Problem is, most of us work Monday through Friday and they are closed on weekends, so it's almost impossible for us oil and gas guys who usually work 12hrs to shop there.
Makes zero sense in an area like this.

A good place to get the work needs it isn’t the cheapest place but a place to get it today in town. I’m in the store quite a bit and it is always improving. They have a really nice selection of fire retardant clothing for the oil field. The biggest pain about the place is the banker hours they do so it’s not an after work or weekend place to get goods

I went in to handle a return for my brother and was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received. Upon walking through the door, I was greeted by multiple employees and immediately asked if I needed help. I spoke with Amber about an issue my brother had with his purchase. She was amazing! Positive attitude, showed genuine concern for my problem, asked if she could have a couple of days to look into it, and she followed through. Becky called me early next week and said my issue was resolved and I could pick it up whenever. I highly recommend this store and praise them for the level of customer service I received. Additionally, the store is clean, organized, and very well stocked with a huge tool variety. They deserve your business! Huge thank you to Amber and Becky! I appreciate y'all ladies!
