This was such an amazing experience shoe shopping! I have never had such a lovely experience in customer service before! Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He really listens to every need you have and strives to deliver you what you need and desire.
I was amazed by the technology he provided in finding what would be best for me. Upon learning about how important the feet are to the body as far as being taken care of, I found that I have really high arches. He has the ability to get you the support where you need it most. As most of you…who are familiar with Susanville, I’m used to going to Reno to receive this kind of information and care. However, this is expert advice and personalized care here in our rural community! We are very lucky to have Josh here in our town as he is a fine example of customer service and I will praise him!

Please if you have the need for shoes, hunting, work boots, fashion, athletic, ANYTHING! Try local first, I bet you’ll be surprised, I am! Even if you are not in the market for shoes, check out the customizable insoles, it could be a game changer for a current pair of shoes you already have!

Josh Beilin at Beck’s Shoes in Susanville is always so present, helpful, knowledgeable about the shoes, socks and goods for sale in the store he works in. A couple years ago I came in with plantar fasciitis, truly unable to walk well. Josh was able to recommend shoes and socks designed to support injured feet. I’ve been back a number of times since to get additional HOKAs and socks designed to support our feet fascia, as well as inserts. Shoes wear out with hard use - I understand that now. I recommend seeing Josh for preventative foot care and because he’s a great human. Thank you Josh.
