It very ridiculous that I can’t get a price over the phone for any products or merchandise when calling any of the beauty marks. I find it very frustrating and not serving to customers at all. I don’t see the point. I come one hour from my home to purchase something and want to check price and your policy is you can’t tell me prices over the phone wow.

If I could give this place a Zero. I surely would. Years back i shopped at this place faithfully. I spent so much money at this store for years. Here's my problem, on my very last trip to this store I asked for help searching for good but inexpensive hair that I needed for a quick event. The young lady showed me a brand of extensions and told me I can curl it at a certain temperature. The moment I tried to curl it at the temperature the lady said, It immediately burned. I went back to the store and explained it to them and the lady told me no refunds, no exchanges even after I told her that the lady TOLD me this hair wouldn't burn and that it can be curled. I left out very upset that I spent money on this hair and was told something incorrect. Also It was so short notice that I went to the event with my hair looking a mess because of the hair being messed up from the burning. So I spoke with my financial institution that told me that they have an option to dispute it. I went with the process and was refunded. I went into their northport location on the way to the grocery store maybe a month later to grab a few items and was embarrassed by their management saying that I'm banned from the store and that I need to get out. I stood there infront of atleast 4 young ladies and was embarrassed as if I was stealing out of the store. I stood there confused and then left the store crying because I've never been a thief a day in my life and to be treated as one was disgusting. I called back into the northport store after finally calming down and the young lady apologized for the misinformation and explained to me that because of the dispute that I was no longer allowed in their store and to call their main branch for more details. When I did, they basically was yelling at me to send the hair back. Why would I still have hair that was burning? I told them I no longer have the hair and they said " well pay the money back". I just hung up because I was so confused with everything that happened that day plus I'm not a person that yells so I was not going to argue with them or deal with being yelled at. Yelling at me when i was rven yelling or calling hostile was my next sign that these people do not respect or care for their customers... we are just money to them. Well fast forward to 2 years later i went In for a job interview at a local business and the manager asked me why my photo was up in the store as if I was s thief. I had to explain to her the whole situation which again was very embarrassing and worried me that I wouldn't get the job because of this defamation of character. I've had so many people come to me asking me about my photo being up in their store and explaining to me that they have my Facebook photo up right beside the actual thieves that have actually stolen from their store. And like my attorney said, the crazy thing is that for the actual people that stole from their store, they have photos on the wall of them stealing IN ACTION but for me they just have my facebook photo up...WHY you may ask? .BECAUSE I DIDNT STEAL AND IM NOT A THIEF.... It has been many years since this has happened and once again last year I've had someone else from a employment ask me about my photo in store. These people do not care about you, they just want your money and if you ever find yourself being put in the same situation or even feel like you are being discriminated against...please contact a lawyer like I did. I'm just so thankful for all of the people that have came forward and offered to speak on my behalf included my managers that asked me about it AND one of the girls that was in the northport location when i was embarassed. I try to forget how bad they have ruined my life, my reputation and how bad they have embarrassed me but some times it pops back up in my head and I start crying all over again. By the grace of God everything is coming together and I'm ready to fight because I'm a child of God and no weapon formed against me will EVER prosper.

All The ladies are always polite here and helpful and talkative especially the one up at the front register with the dreads she's friendly..they just need some air blowing in the store and a couple of seats for disability people in between shopping who can't stand long periods on there legs but want to shop there for there own self..and last please check the sensor stickers carefully. It went off on me the other day it wasn't a biggie but it could've been embarrassment..thats all..

Just moved to Alabama. Thought I'd have to travel to Atlanta or New Orleans or even back to Mississippi. . I read a few discouraging reviews but visited anyway; my daughter and I had a great experience! The staff greeted us and offered assistance and let us shop. They assisted us with comments and fashion critiques (fitting area) and sizing advice to help us better decide on our choice of gown. Kathye (and others) were very knowledgeable and Raven was very helpful with accessories. Overall, my daughter was very pleased (and this mama was very comfortable with the atmosphere of the staff as well as the prices). Even the store owner (or management) became involved with a language barrier issue while ordering. I just cannot brag enough. . But great service deserves such! Kudos!
