While shopping in the wig section, I pulled a wig on "Display" from the shelf to take a closer look... the clerk came down the isle admonishing me to not touch the wigs. I thought she was joking! How do you shop for a wig but you're not allowed to touch the display! 100% of the customers in the store were Black Americans. I don't shop at stores that don't appreciate us as customers and I encourage my people to do the same!

So, I was out on my leisure Saturday outing. As I was leaving T.J.. Maxx, I looked over to my left and spotted a new beauty supply store. We certainly have our share of beauty supply stores all over the city; however, I would be remiss if I did not go take a look. 🤗 As I was walking to the front door, a friendly face was standing there and greeted me with a smile! 🙂 Ladies, this new store is like a warehouse. Every isle has plenty of products and it's all organized.👍 As far as I can tell, this store have all you need in beauty supplies and some new items as well. Stop by and check it out!! ✊🙂 I guarantee you will find everything you need! 👍

Fantastic beauty supply store!! It's always well-stocked with a wide range of products, and the customer service is incredibly kind and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to assist and make sure you find what you need. Highly recommended!

It's aight. Definitely a huge space, but about the same selection as other big stores in town. I mean, why waste 1/3 of your space on makeup and product? If you're about hair, stock more hair selections. I'm always struggling though because I'm looking for a 27/613 mix. Staff wasn't pushy... didn't even try to talk to me, so that was a major plus!

Please don’t shop terrible customer service when u have to make a return.. I am a hairstylist and I spend thousands of dollars at beauty supply stores.. U can not cheat me.. if I owe u anything I will pay.. These people are robbing our community!!

My sister purchased a blow dryer from this establishment. With her very first usage, the dryer stopped working. Like, just stopped! My sister went back to the store with her receipt and shared that the blow dryer stopped working. The owner or manager would not return it or even give her a store credit towards another purchase. If she just didn’t like the dryer, that would be understandable… but she brought the non-working dryer in with her receipt of recent purchase (although it was outside of the 7 days). She had the dryer for 3 weeks but had only just used it. She had faith that this establishment did not sell her a faulty blow dryer… unfortunately they did! The worker did nothing, not even apologize. As someone who spends a lot of money in beauty supply stores, when a store does not respect their consumers by providing quality merchandise, it is a slap in the face to the faithful consumers. You know, the ones you make your living on daily!!! So, please, if you are shopping in this establishment, keep in mind that they sell bad merchandise and lack the integrity to make sure their products are of good quality and can last beyond the 7 days.
