Reasonably priced. The room was clean. The TV remote doesn't work well when turning on the TV, but once you turn it on manually it works fine. The bed was a little soft. I prefer a firm mattress. I didn't see an elevator, and we were on 2nd floor. Breakfast was good. Hot items were waffles, breakfast sandwiches, toast. There was an assortment of cold selections. I'd stay again with maybe a different room and hope for a better mattress.

Overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect for a good night’s rest from the road. Spacious parking lot for anyone hauling. Carpet throughout the building is a bit dated, but doesn’t detract from the polite, professional front desk staff or our stay.

Had a good time, the pillows were soft and plush, hotel was nice and comfortable but walls were thin. Amazing staff. One of them went put of their way to get us a can opener from her pwn house. Thought the food was gonna be hot and fresh, but it was frozen stuff otherwise had a good time!

Clean and convenient, great parking. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms. No handicapped room available during our stay but very accommodating. Great staff friendly and welcoming. Wide variety of continental breakfast items. Pet friendly.

This was a nice, clean and well put together hotel for a weekend or night. Indoor pool and spa looked clean and pool area was inviting although I didn't get to use it. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great for families visiting the petrified forest or passing through Holbrook or the I 40.
There was a nice big Maverick gas station across the street to accommodate RV's. There was plenty of sit down cafe's and fast food within walking distance from hotel. McDonald's, Aliberto's, Burger King, etc.
We stayed while visiting the Navajo County Fair.

My truck had broke down and I was having it repaired so I stayed at the Baymont in. I was worried cause my room was in the middle of the hallway however it was a nice quiet hotel with older travelers so it was quiet the beds were comfy and there was a nice selection of proteins fruit and breakfast items. I would stay here again in Grant.

The beds were comfortable. The place is very clean, . The only problem I had was my air conditioner was making a weird noise and it was hard for me to go to sleep. But after I fell asleep, it was fine

Although the staff was very helpful this hotel is very out of date. The worst part was the very large stains on the carpet. It looked like someone had walked across the room with oil or grease on their shoes.
