I bought a battery here and tried to return it because it would not hold a charge while it was under warranty. They took all day to charge it and said that it was still good and their temperature controlled showroom. I then put the battery back in my truck And it lasts one day before it’s totally dead. I then brought it back after the warranty expired asking if they could help me again charged it in their temperature controlled showroom and stated the battery is good. I reinstalled the battery in my truck yet again and it died. I would stay away from this place as they do not honor their warranties and their Not reputable.

I called corporate like they said I’ll never get that 25 minutes back of my life. I explained to them how I brought the battery prior to the warranty being expired. The rep could not do anything to help me in refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. I suggest everyone stay away from batteries plus as it is not a reputable company and they will hustle.

My husband had the galaxy note 20 ultra with screens(front and back) both cracked up. Made an appointment same day because it was such short notice. They originally told us an hour and a half for fixation. Our appointment was for 5pm and they called us by 534pm. This place was very quick, efficient, and understanding. I’d recommend this place to EVERYONE! Thanks so much Ren for the quick fix❤️

I’m very lucky to have found Batteries Plus! The entire process was quick and seamless. Aziz, the associate who helped me, confirmed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond by installing my new car battery for me—even in the cold and snow. He didn’t have to do that, but he did, and I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by, and I will definitely be recommending Batteries Plus to friends and family!

Batteries Plus in Springfield. NJ installed a new 12v battery in my 2015 Camry Hybrid today. I ordered online for a reasonable price and followed up by phone to make sure the battery was in stock before driving to have store staff replace the battery. The guy who replaced the battery was competent and polite, though apparently new. I would certainly go there again for car batteries, many other kinds of batteries, auto light bulbs, and small tools.

They are wonderful! Toyota was quoting me 580 for a battery I got for 385and it was a much better battery and they did not charge to put it in also I got money back from the old battery.
