I always have the best experience when coming to the self wash. Jamie, Kristen and Lexi have been super helpful. Great employees! Super friendly. Definitely will be coming here more often. Kudos to Barking dogs having wonderful staff and a clean self washing area.

It's such an awesome place. My dog always turns out fabulous. One stop shop, they have toys, pet food, and treats.
You're welcome to even wash and dry your dog on your own.

I love using the self wash station. It's a great option on bathing my dog without the high cost of grooming, plus they give you great soaps option that will fit your dogs need. High power vacuum for drying off your fur baby and many more tools to help your grooming needs.
I can get nails trimed after bath. Tuesday is $10 bath day with a discount on nail trim

The wash stations were nice and big, workers were amazing and polite and the store is cool too packed with healthy options for our furry family.

Initially I called and scheduled a trim with wash and de-matting. When I dropped my dog off, they told me he would only be washed resulting in a reschedule. When I dropped my dog off for the second time I asked for him to be washed, de-matted, and trimmed. I went to pick him up and paid for a wash, de-matting, and cut. When my dog came out he was unrecognizable. I was charged for a de-matting yet by dog wash completely shaved as low as possible. The photos I have provided of him include a before and 1 week after as I did not get a photo the day of. When the woman brought him out I told her that wasn’t my dog and she assured me it was. Aside from that, I paid over 100$ and when I went to pay, I had to pay in 3-4 total transactions because there was no way to pay in full 1x. Incredibly frustrating.

I did a self wash for two dogs here. I’ve been to a few different places with self wash stations and this has been the best experience so far. Having the shampoos ready to come out the nozzle was so helpful. ❤️

We took our boy Enzo, yesterday for a nail trim. Mind you we called everywhere that would take in a 4yr old frenchie and was praying they had experience. We tried another spa and they choked him and didn’t even do his nails right I even had to hold him and I’m disabled so it was a nightmare! When we arrived I let the staff know he hated his nails trimmed and that is why we muzzled him. We met Kristen and she was very warm and friendly with him but also stern to let him know it was gonna get done no matter what lol. They let me back there so I could provide comfort for Enzo and he did amazing! It was the easiest nail trim ever! Just buy seeing what these girls go through in the back they don’t get enough appreciation it’s hard work being a groomer and takes patience and time. We will definitely will be back and highly recommend Kristen.
