I preferred this park over Blue Spruce. It's cleaner and there is staff available. The Wi-Fi was awesome and they have cable. There is a single bathroom with shower for each men and women and a laundry area available (closed when staff is away for lunch as it's in the office). The nightly rate is lower than average. The only thing is there is a ton of train traffic all day and night so if that's an issue this is not your park. Though trains do seem to coincide with many RV parks as it is. Would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Nice, clean and spaces were available when we came through. They are affordable and it was quiet. Leanne is super nice!! We live in our RV on our way back to Oklahoma!!

Renee was very welcoming and thoughtful. The campground was clean, and the laundry room was immaculate! The location off I-40 was perfect for us! We will definitely be staying again! Don't miss this gem!

I’ve been here since February and will be staying another month or two. Daren is so helpful and friendly! I absolutely love both ladies that work in the office! They have laundry on sight and a grocery store about two minutes away, Walmart is about 15 minutes away. The spaces are big and pull through. Absolutely no complaints on my end and would 100% recommend!

a convenient campground to route 40, some truck noise and some train noise but not bad. Big sites with a tree for shade, easy in and out, friendly folks at desk. Very inexpensive for what you get here, a real value

Easy access, check in was easy & very friendly. The utilities were fine (we had 50 Amp). The site is hard dirt & level. We are a 40 ft RV & we were in a pull thru that barely fit our RV & tow. There is road noise from the I-40 & the train runs at the back of the park approx every 10-15 mins all day & night. No horn but constant rolling sound & a little shaking. We stayed 1 night & would stay again.

We stopped at this rv campground and we're very pleased that we did. It's not the fanciest but it's clean, friendly and very handy for the highway. Surprisingly quiet for how close to highway. Lots of mature trees offering shade and we'll laid out for pulling in and pulling out. Highly recommend this place.

RV park located near I 40, leveled spots, full hookups, small dog park. Great for an overnight stay. Located between the busy railroad and the interstate.
