This place is off the beaten path in a nice quiet neighborhood across from a church. The rooms are so quiet, clean and newly decorated. How wonderful to see the owners and staff investing in this former apartment building, to turn it into a clean, safe and quiet hotel. We felt our vehicle was very safe too, and that was a nice relief. This place is better and more more affordable than the chains on the Main Street, and the folks who work there are very kind and professional. This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Very clean and well put together rooms. The kitchen is amazing. It is a very spacious and comfortable room with a cozy bed. The staff is super polite and helpful. I had accidentally booked the wrong date on a travel website and the desk happily gave me a room for the same rate. 10/10 would stay again

We were passing through and needed a one night stay. This is by far the best experience on this trip so far! The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. In addition, the customer service is outstanding with the owner present as well to make sure that every guest is completely satisfied. Thank you Ram for your generous hospitality. I’m a traveling nurse and have stayed here twice. Both times were great experiences. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The location is on a quiet street, conveniently located near the hospital and also Roswell attractions. The suite feels like an apartment-style space that includes a kitchenette, a spacious dining/living room area. I would recommend to other travelers or anyone wanting a great value for your stay!

Lovely spot in Roswell! We stopped for a night and were greeted by a very warm, welcoming receptionist. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, the location feels safe and close to everything. Would absolutely recommend!

Speaking with the owners, the place has only been open one month. From the moment we walked in, we were graciously greeted and informed of the amenities. The studio room was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Fridge, stove, TV, microwave, coffee maker etc. There was also free laundry services on site. The price was much cheaper than many rooms on Main street Roswell yet offered so much more. You can get a room by the night or as monthly apartments. We will definitely be back. This places exceeded our expectations!!!

I LOVED this hotel! It was super clean, it has such a home feeling. REM made us feel very welcomed he even showed us the room before we even paid. Another plus because he treated us like family he said we could leave as late as we wanted. All I can say is I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They are awesome people!!

Truly a great stay in Roswell! I was confused when I booked bc it said “apartment” but it’s not. It’s a hotel converted from an apartment. But the owner at the desk was extremely kind. The room was crisp and clean, comfy pillows and all the amenities you need to cook yourself ie fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, pots/pans, and coffee maker. It was very inexpensive for my stay as well. Returning to stay here for the UFO festival as well. Very impressed.
