My husband is a HUGE collector. This is one of our favorite stores to go to for years now. It's not just their wide variety of items they have, or even the knowledge of things, it's the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that the shop offers. If you've ever gone in there, the minute you walk in, you will almost always see Jerry at the front. I love the way he takes the time to know each of their regular customers and get to know all their new ones coming in. The amount of people he knows by name and what they like, makes the shopping experience that much better. I appreciate walking in there during Holidays, Birthdays or any special occasions and not only can he tell me what my husband has been looking at, but he remembers what we already have ! (This is a big deal because I cannot remember and everything has started to look the same to me !) Orlando the owner, is also TOPS. If there is something you are looking for, he will do everything he can to get it for you if it's not in store already. I cannot say enough about this place. If Pokemon is your thing or your kids thing, Joe can tell you everything you need to know. This place is so family friendly and the people that work there are really the best. Absolutely LOVE Jerry and appreciate that he goes the extra mile for his customers. This place is a 10 out of 10 !

My family and I watch their IG live feeds whenever they come out. We’ve visited the store a few times now and the owner & his family are very accommodating. Our experience with the owner has been great! They have a huge variety of amazing collectibles and toys. We HIGHLY recommend!

Past few times the guy is nothing but rude (Not the owner, the guy with tattoos and cap). I asked to see some figures in a glass case because the prices were not visible. The guy grabs them and throws them on the counter (he added a flip so it landed face up), its crazy throwing collectibles being considered for purchase Then I get to the one I want to buy and I wanted to confirm the contents because the weapons of the figure were not visible (its a used item) he gives me attitude asking why I wanted to open it after asking permission. Told me everything was good there was no need to check. "Good" is subjective to each collector. What defect are you trying to hide?

So I was 8 months pregnant or something like that and wanted a cookie form Cheat day (they sell them here) SO BAD when I got there he had already locked up and he was kind enough to open back up for me to get my cookie, even though he said he was going to a movie simply for that I LOVE this place.
