Avenue Design Co is great! Their show room in downtown Rogers is chock full of unique pieces and high quality furniture (like the 8 foot tall mirror in the picture!) The ladies working there are helpful, and Tracy, the owner, is awesome! This is a cool place to stop in and shop around, and they offer interior design services as well!

We have lots of great home design stores in NWA with great customer service, and this one stands out for ALL the wrong reasons!

After more than a 6 month wait, I've yet to receive the design plan that I purchased. Upon following up, my confirmations that it had not been received were met with arguments and the excuse that since they hadn't heard from me they assumed that I did not want the services. How? I already paid for the service!! The lead designer Tracy asked whether I wanted to start with a new quote or stick with the one previously prepared. When I asked for the one previously prepared she excused her work by saying she was getting a new cell phone provider and may have lost the email that she sent me. She ALSO confirmed that she did not offer refunds for work already submitted WITHOUT my prompting. It's been more than a week since this unfortunate conversation, and I still have not received the quote or a phone call using their new service provider. EVEN after I followed up with another phone call.

I wonder if you never actually provide the quote if you are entitled to an apology and a REFUND?

Bad Customer Service... Profiling and Ignorant Assumptions Made Here. A friend and I were shopping the Rogers Square. We were browsing furniture and unique decor noticed a beautiful couch in a corner nook in the back of the store. Susan rudely approached me saying "nothing is for sale," yet when I started gesturing towards the upholstery furniture swatches hanging she fixed her tone slightly stating I could make an appointment to view the swatches by appointment only. Susan did not inquire about my upholstery/furniture needs or inform me of their services. She was rude. We left the store suspecting we had been racially profiled because we were multicultural. I'm happy we were able to maintain courtesy despite the ignorant way we were treated.

My wife, Cassie and I, on a whim, dropped by Ave Design mainly out of curiosity. We are both glad we did. The store is located in an old building that is filled with charm and history. But the best part of the business is not so old, although still filled with charm. It's the friendly person who waited on us, Yvonne.
Yvonne was a pleasure to talk with and full of knowledge, with a great sense of humor. She is definitely a breath of fresh air in a time of so much negativity.
We had not intended to buy anything but ended up purchasing a fragrance diffuser. Yvonne was not a pushy salesperson like you find in many places and it's worth the visit just to talk to her.

Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from the interior designer at this Rogers location. I’ve been waiting for assistance for over 6 months and purposely avoiding me, avoiding my calls, and text messages because I’m black. If you are POC you may not receive professional treatment from her. We are also a military family and we very disappointed by this behavior. Communication is simple and easy thing to do, and unfortunately I won’t ever shop here again. POC avoid this place! There is no excuse for this, I have proof of everything.
