My wife and I stopped in to look at tile for a bathroom renovation project after going to 2 diffrent stores and not finding what we liked. We were greeted as we came and and started browsing tile. We met Susan and she asked a few simple questions and really narrowed down our search and started helping us with the design. She also recommended a few design changes for the bathroom which will make it look much nicer and saved us some money also. We opted for delivery and everything went great with the process. It's nice to have a store with employees who take the time to help with tile choices and make great recommendations so your project comes out beautiful.

Great selection of flooring and every type of tile imaginable. The showroom is sparkling clean, well organized, and has a beautiful variety of displays for inspiration. Every staff member I interacted with was both friendly & helpful, but I have to give a special shout-out to Pam C, her design suggestions and technical guidance were absolutely invaluable — I don't think I could have put my bathroom project together without her.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend checking them out!

We have worked with Avalon several times in the past and it was always a positive experience. The same was true this time when we decided to remodel our hall bathroom which had not been touched since the house was built in the 70's. I needed help finding just the right flooring to go with the subway tile I wanted, help with designing a niche for the soap and shampoo, and help with a window treatment as we were replacing a window in that room as well.
Pam Courtney was recommended by my contractor and she was wonderfully helpful throughout the process. Pam gave me suggestions that were reasonably priced, she was a pleasure to work with and had a world of patience for my many questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Amy from Avalon is absolutely fantastic! We did a nearly entire home renovation/large addition and Amy assisted us in choosing our flooring throughout the home, which included engineered hardwood, tile, and carpet, as well as wall tiling for kitchen and bathroom, tiles for fireplace, and most recently tiling for an outdoor grill. From day one, trips to Avalon and conversations with Amy were efficient, fun, and productive. She took careful notes on our style and preferences for each room. The tile she suggested for our basement was perfect- we didn’t have a clear picture of exactly what we wanted, and her recommendations were spot on for our family. She also helped choose and design the arrangement for our kitchen tile backsplash- we knew we wanted something eye catching but that would be long lasting - again, after talking to her about our style etc, she guided us to excellent products, still within a reasonable price point. Similarly with tile in our new shower, and the tile to surround our fireplace. After working with Amy for the past year, it’s been fantastic to see everything come into place so nicely in our “new” home. When I was feeling overwhelmed with the number of choices to be made and available options, Amy was able to narrow things down for us and her eye for design is on point. Highly recommend!
