Lost pressure in one of my tires just a few blocks from their location; managed to make it there a little before 8:00 a.m. they opened the shop at 8:00am (an older gentleman and a young man showed up) they asked me what the problem was, they took out the wheel and diagnosed it in a special water container.
They showed me the problem and the tire could not be repaired so it will have to be a special order (it's not a common size) they offered to put my spare on.
Then I asked how much I owed them and it was a symbolic (very low) price so I left both of them some tip.
This is not some fancy corporate shop it's just a little Mom and Pop shop - I would go back there 🙂

Straight up Mikey mouse tire store. Doesn't replace valve stems or blance tires correctly. As a REAL tire technician this place needs to be shut down straight bad business. It's a REQUIREMENT TO REPLACE AND BALANCE ALL TIRES. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN FOR GOOD!

Wheel alignment next door of this place is bad. People there are bad and rude. I arrived there waiting for someone to ask me what I needed, I saw a guy going back and forth in the garage, he saw me and didn’t ask me anything. Or did he think I’m suppose to go inside the garage and look for him. Eventually an employee got there from picking up his breakfast and asked me what I needed. After I let him drive my car into the garage he asked the first guy that was there why I was waiting there and I overheard him speaking very rudely about me. I was outside the garage and he thought I couldn’t hear him, well I did. I’ll take my business elsewhere, somewhere where they don’t offend me before taking my money.

Called several times during business hours and no answer. Voice-mail sounds like it belongs to a personal cell phone not a business. We were literally 5 miles away stranded on the side of the hwy with a flat tire and they didn't answer
