I'm so grateful we found this place. We had the best experience here, and definitely will only ever come here from now on. The customer service was beyond exceptional. They are so knowledgeable and helpful, fixed our ps5 so fast and at a very reasonable price. The shop is full of so many awesome things as well. *Edit: First allow me to apologize for calling you a liar. My son works hard for his allowance and rewarded himself with this purchase for getting straight A's this semester. I think it's professionally big of you to offer a full refund and I thank you for that! We will be returning* This morning my son specifically asked if the PS4 game "Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War" could be played offline like the other campaigns and was told yes. He cannot and is very upset because there are no returns. Please don't lie to your loyal customers 👎 we will not be returning.

Went to sell almost brand new PC. the dude didn't even see the graphics card or anything else like the nea NZXT coolomg with a DISPLAY. As soon as I said there was an i5 in there he missed everything else and low balled me hella.

I have been going to A.V Retro games for years. It all started with Eyad repairing my laptop. Haven't stopped going to him since. This store is addicting as it's a nostalgic experience for me. We drive from Santa Clarita to this new location in Lancaster worth the drive. We love retro games everything from the super nintendo, Nintendo 64, to newer systems. They carry games, gaming systems, gaming merchandise to anime figurines. I trust Eyad with device repair and getting the best prices for all the items they carry. Thank you Eyad and A.V Retro employees you guys are amazing. Amazing customer service, great prices and very well organized inside.

My Husband has been coming to this store since 2014 and we absolutely love it here. I went to sell my Mac Book Air 2019 in exchange for a better computer for me and Eyad completely helped me out and saved me some money. I needed a computer that was 16GB or more, can run windows 11 and can do Linux since I'm majoring in Cyber Security. He gave me a great deal on my Mac Book and sold me a MSI gaming laptop PC which I have fallen in love with. He saved me time, money and was extremely friendly. I would strongly recommend coming here first because it will be the last stop you will have to do. This store gets a 10 out of 10 and me and my husband will be coming back whenever we need anything computer, games and anything related to technology. Thanks again for making my life easier by helping me out today and making it a simple easy transaction and to finally get rid of that Mac Book I've been holding onto forever. They deserve to be the best in the AV!!!

I’m very happy. The game cube looks like it was sealed 20 years ago everything works perfectly No yellowing on the Game cubes controller ports and no scratches On the top of the game cube. they take very great care of Their Video game Consoles I would definitely recommend them.
