Never had a car lot try so little to find options for financing. First it wasn't a big enough down payment, when I doubled it, it became a different reason. They were phantom options to begin with, never presented any terms or options. Most places will at least give you an estimated payment or credit rate. They may be good at less complex financing, and their selection seemed large and well priced.

Overall very positive experience. Got a great car, they were good with my own mechanic checking it out, very fair honest deal , they had all sorts of cars that are worth checking out. Highly recommended for someone looking for a used car, or looking to sell theirs on consignment

ATTENTION!!!! Do not waste your hard-earned money this place sold me a suburban that broke down 2 days later paid $24,000 and this joker Ed wanted me to take the truck back with a tow truck 50 miles away at my own expense and pay for repairs as he said it was not their responsibility I took the truck to a professional mechanic and it needs a new motor HORRIBLE that cost me another $10,000 don't waste your money go elsewhere they sell lemon cars and Ed knew this car was bad.

Very unprofessional and unprepared. I drove 3 hours there and it was a pure waste of my time. Went in hopes of purchasing a vehicle to only be disappointed and dissatisfied. For starters, I got there and they told me "I'm going to go get a oil change ". WHAT Then the detailing inside of the vehicle was poor. There was large amounts of dog hair inside the cracks of the seats. Then I got curious and looked under the hood and noticed the engine and power steering was leaking. THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME. However STEVE was kind and very respectful. He should go work somewhere else. Other than that I would take my money and go elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Autometrics misrepresents the condition of their vehicles, and charges top dollar for fixer uppers. Have a trusted mechanic check out the vehicle. In addition to checking the engine and transmission, make sure the brakes, tires, suspension, power steering, starter, exhaust system, and battery/charging system are in good condition; and that all accessories and options work (CD player, A/C, lights--including dashboard warning lights). Better yet, save yourself some time and money and don't buy a car from Autometrics.

Poor customer service; poor internal communication between owners. The vehicle wasn't on site when I arrived as I had confirmed the day before that I would show up. Drove from Fairfield for nothing. I really liked the vehicle, but I refuse to do business with unprofessional people at Autometrics. Buyers beware.
