My husband and I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 3.0 at Turnersville NJ. Shawn Atkinson, our salesman, was wonderful. He found us the exact car that we had built on Audi USA. It was a very pleasant experience without any pressure or problems. We had the car within a few days. It was detailed and ready to go.
We also met with Jackie to review and sign the paperwork and learned of additional warranties that Audi offered. She was informative, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with so we could finalize our contract.
We love the car. Lots to learn about everything this vehicle has to offer.

Lou Stomel has several plaques displayed at his desk and the most recent one says 2024 Sales Person of the Year and I can confirm that he is a great sales person! He walked us through the process of getting a new Audi and we loved the experience. He was honest and straightforward the whole way. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Lou!

My husband and I purchased a nice Audi A6 at Turnersville and really enjoyed the experience. Shawn was awesome and make it nice and easy for the entire process. He is genuine and considerate which singles himself out from all other dealerships I had worked with before. They have a great facility as well- more inventory than others and a lot of good selections to choose from.

I had a great experience working with Lou at Audi. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying process easy. Lou took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car without any pressure. I was able to schedule my car maintenance appointment online for an oil change seamlessly. The dealership is very clean and inviting. Once at my scheduled appointment it was recommended that I get my 80,000 mile maintenance which was I know was needed. After the inspection additional concerns were discovered which needed to be completed. I appreciate everyone who assisted me because they explained everything and asked for consent before completing work. My service representative Vanessa even asked me if I had an extended warranty which reminded me that I did and actually saved me thousands of dollars off of my total bill in regards to the work that needed to be completed.The work would take longer than a day and I was given a loaner which I secretly fell in love with. There was a huge difference in their customer service opposed to the previous dealership I visited. Trust, good communication and transparency are very important to me and I am grateful I decided to take my car to Audi Turnersville to complete my service needs. My car was clean when I got it back! The drop off and pick up was fast! Great customer service and job well done!

Lou was awesome. He put up with all our shit and made the process seamless. He was very patient, very knowledgeable, and genuine. If I could afford multiple Audi vehicles I would definitely come back, but until that day, I will merely refer his services.

We went into Audi of Turnersville to trade in a 2024 Bronoco Sport for an Audi A3. Lou was our salesman and he made the process very easy for us. Lou took the time to explain to us any questions we had. We were able to take the car out on a test drive on our own and see how the performance was. Everything went great and we ended up leaving there in about 2-3 hours with the A3 we went in there for. Great service all around at Audi of Turnersville.

Great customer service here. I put down a deposit with Allie to buy a car. I soon realized that the car wasn't the right one for my family. Too small. They gave me the deposit back no issue and didn't cause a stink. Truly unique compared to other dealers who try to trick folks
