Learn how to treat people with respect and stop telling people you can’t help them if they are asking you questions about coverage and pricing. I watch yall tell me and an older gentleman you couldn’t help us. Then told us to go to another store. Corporate store more like a joke and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Even the store representatives lie and say they are the manager. I will be reporting this to AT&T and filing a formal complaint with the office of the president. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM MANAGEMENT TO THE REPRESENTATIVES!

Overall poor experience. My first rep sold me a phone with a $10-15 dollar exchange within 14 days. I was trying out android after 10 years on iPhone. I come back within a few days to make the swap back to them saying it was $55 dollars to exchange and the first thing they did was wipe my phone and tell me they had no iPhones but could order ect. They deleted all of my data over the days I had my phone which included videos of my 1 year old daughter. They were priceless. I asked if they would just keep the phone and I would come pick my new iPhone up once it arrived and they refused and told me to take back the android they just wiped. I ended up taking it to the store on hwy 90 and was in and out in less than 35 minutes with my iPhone 15 pro max. I’d recommend going to see Robert on Hwy 90. I don’t write reviews normally at all, but if I save someone from getting jerked around by a phone store that claims to have no phones so you don’t exchange then I’ll take that. (They claimed to be low on phones and all out, hwy 90 had at LEAST 1 of every phone). Cheers.

I don't like being rushed out of the store when we are trying to call customer service when we were told one thing about a plan and then it was the wrong information, we also don't OWE a bill like the lady said we did and she seemed annoyed we were even there. My phone was not operational after a few days of buying it and had a bad day because I'm waiting on calls from my doctor and couldn't get them because I had a crappy phone! I had the same phone years and never had an issue but was made to feel like I did something wrong when I didn't. Very disappointed with the lack of experience and also rude customer service.
