They have a pretty good selection of equipment and the place is more spacious than most of the local gyms without feeling cold or cavernous.

My only complaint is that some of the equipment could be a bit more thoroughly wiped down to keep down the dust/rust and please, please, please have the carpets shampooed.
Suggestion for management: the staff seem mostly glued to their desks, probably understandable since one of their primary function is to sell memberships. But why on earth are there 6-8 desks anyway? Staff could all fit at the front desk area and the many current desks upfront could be removed to give members more natural light and a view outside while exercising.

Teehee, I'm 73 yrs old and definitely not the usual in a gym setting BUT I highly recommend this gym. It is a non- judgemental, motivating gym that even makes you feel welcome. I was invited by a new friend after moving from VA to FL. I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this gym. You will want to go on a regular basis. Plus, they take "Silver Sneakers". Those of us older folks know that's so invaluable as it pays your entire gym fee for the year. NICE!!!!

My "Lil Son-Son" plays on JV for Providence, because of his ambition and his dedication to improving his performance on and off the court. It is because of gyms' such as LA Fitness, that provide young men and women the opportunity to work on, and build upon their individual skills, constantly improving their game, to ultimately achieve their goals in life!
