Had such a great experience at this location. I walked in and Carol was super attentive the whole time, and helped me with styling, sizing, and running pieces. There was also another worker (didn't catch her name) that was warm and helpful. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went to athleta for the first time ever the other day. They weren't really having any sale other than $20 off of $100. I had to try on a few items since I have never purchased anything from this store. The one employee was just watching me I guess because I was the only person in the store. I needed to try on a few items and asked if I needed to get brought to the fitting room or could just go in. She had a rude tone and said they are all open. I picked out these pants that were $99 so l asked if with tax the $20 would come off. She rudely responded said "no it has to be $100 or more". I was trying to find something cheap to get just over $100 for the discount, but the cheapest thing in the store was a sports bra for $25, so I bought that. The customer service needs major improvement here. I ended up going back yesterday to return the items and purchased an outfit from Lulu instead. I dealt with the same lady again and she seemed annoyed and was short with me since I was doing a return. I will not be shopping at Athleta again.

The employees at this branch are friendly, helpful and down to earth. The store layout is easy to navigate and dressing rooms are lit well.

Some products are extremely well made while others feel over priced. I’m grateful for the yoga teacher discounts and the high quality Stash Salutation leggings, travel clothing pants and tees, pranayama cardigans and travel shorts.

Their athletic shorts could use more options for higher rise and sturdier fabric.

Overall a much better option than its LL competitor!

I went to your store two days ago to buy a pair of leggings with a gift card. After walking through the store and seeing a new line of leggings, I went over to ask the lady if she could explain to me what the difference were between the ones that I was regularly purchasing for the last few years and the new ones. And she looked me straight in the eyes and said I don’t think they’re for you there for people that work out. I was Dumbfounded. After that, I informed the woman that I work out five days a week at Orange theory and she seems surprised. She was very rude not everybody that works out is 100 pounds. It’s called muscle which she had none of.. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping there anymore because I don’t want to be a part of a company that i allows their employees to be condescending and rude to their customers. I hope she doesn’t treat other customers like this because some women would not be able to handle the Rude comments and snotty attitude that this woman gave me.

First time I walked in I walked right out after no one even said hi or acknowledged me. Very poor service for a first timer. On top of that very expensive for a pair of sweats then the hoodie is another separate price. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

As a new runner, I needed advice on some new gear. Got a warm welcome at the door and had a great in store experience with Keisha. She explained the difference between the tights and answered all my questions ...and there were a lot!! I am loving my Salutation Stash Tights and very thankful for such great advice ..Thanks again Keisha ..I will be back 🙂

Unfortunately, I came to Google to share my poor experience and write a review about the disappointing customer service at this location and was met with several similar customers reviews. How unfortunate and disheartening to see so many people with a similar negative experience at a store that is supposed to promote female empowerment.

The employees at this location are rude and extremely unhelpful. Rather than help inquiring customers and make a sale for the store, they ignore customers and blatantly whisper and snicker behind the desk. While I love the Althea clothing and brand, the customer service has SEVERELY turned me off from shopping here again.

Hoping that Althea finds some ways to step it up with their staff.
