Bread and cheese are two of my best and oldest friends, and so I was thrilled to walk into Athens General. Their variety and selection are simply phenomenal, and the friendly staff helped me put a selection together that impressed my foodie friends, but didn't break the bank. I'm excited to see how their selection of produce and other delicious treats evolves as the seasons change. And do visit Lighthouse Liquors next door for a nice bottle of wine to go with it!
