Stopped in today thinking I’d see what they had to offer as a repeat customer who recently sold their home. Not 1 employee came up to us during our 20 minute stay. Not only that, we walked past several employees and only 1 spoke. 1 employee who was closest to the entryway completely ignored us but warmly greeted the couple who walked in right after us 🤣. The final straw was we had actually found a sofa we liked and another couple was eyeing the same sofa. One of the employees actually greeted them and asked if they had any questions about said sofa but still we were not acknowledged. Not sure what was going on today, but I’ll take my business elsewhere

It was great. We did not feel pressured by sales personnel and we were able to wander around the showroom and take our time choosing our pieces. The selection is amazing. Our furniture rep, Vincent, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mike took care of the financing and we took advantage of some great deals due to the holiday. The whole process was easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend to family/friends! Planning on returning in the future.

Cheap furniture that is cheaply built and doesnt last. Im 6 foot 6 so of course %90 of furniture doesnt fit me to begin with. But we bought a nice couch then was told they cant move it in the basement and was forced to go with a cheap recliner cause thats what they can take apart and get in. The delivery guys gave us attitude. All around my experiance was horrible. Im a veteran and to deal with such bullshyt of a company. I would rather order off wayfair.

My daughter and I worked with Jeff one of the managers there today and we were very happy with his service not only was he very knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell he has a lot of expertise and what he’s doing. He was very patient with me and my daughter.

When I went in the store, a sales person welcomed me and did not come running after me. THAT was definitely a PLUS!! I TRULY hate that!! I was left to walk the very large and well set up store on my own. That, which I love! I knew what I was looking for anyway, as I had already looked at their website on line. However, this gave me the opportunity to peruse the store at my own pace. Besides, I always look for other things that capture my eye and will fit my plan.

When I came to what I was looking for, I had the time to really look at it and try it out. It definitely fit my redecorating plan! When I finally needed help, I called over a salesman who introduced himself as Sean. What I truly liked about him was that he was not "pushy", which I love! He showed me how to use the buttons as well as other features that I didn't know was included. I asked him quite a few questions about their product warranty, as I had found out that my previous purchase from a different store did not cover. Sean took the time to explain in detail what was covered. Every question I asked, he answered in great detail. As well as the in's and out's of the delivery.

He took his time, explaining everything that I asked. By the time I was finished asking questions, I was extremely happy with my choice, the store and my salesman, Sean Klein!!!!!

Way to go Sean!!!! Five stars for you!!!!!

Purchased a bed that damaged my wooden floor. The bed does not come with any type of rubber protection between the floor and the bed or parts of the bed. Not was it even offered. Just called customer service and pretty much said that’s your problem even after I spent over $6,000 for there furniture. They put the blame of there manufacture they purchased Thousands of units from. Pretend they have no say in the inventory they purchase. Won’t be seeing me there again. Rather pay more for better care else ware.
