Staff really thought they were slick talking down to my husband and I today thinking we weren’t going to do anything about it. I will make sure everybody in town knows how absolutely disrespectful these people are.
Businesses beware, this is NOT an organization set out for success of others.
The two ladies at the front were snarky and clearly “better than us.”
Be sure to wear a button up or they’ll treat you like a panhandler.
Can’t believe we considered partnering with these jokers.

I use ATE every month for both business, personal and employee perks. Barter is a great way to increase your customer base and you are affiliated with a Ethics Award Finalist with the BBB. The good news is that you also get cash paying customers as trade members refer their friends to people that do great work.

What atrocious people to work with. They are completely classist jerks and treat small businesses as if they are a parasite to them.
I was literally told “You are not welcome here,”
from Kelly as she thought I was just some dirty customer wandering through the tents, not realizing I was a potential partner of theirs.
What a wicked woman she was. Completely rude and even came equipped with her Karen haircut. Disgusting.

I have been with ATE for 7 plus years and their offerings have almost diminished. Recently I ordered $300 worth of Octane racing tickets and never received them. When I inquired about the status of the tickets I was told the following:

"Unfortunately ATE is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail so we can’t replace them free of charge. If you want to purchase additional Octane passes, I still have some. I am out of VR passes though. I will waive the $2.95 mailing fee if you would like to purchase some more and have them sent."

Not only being robbed of $300 they actually wanted me to order and pay another $300 for them to give me what I already paid for. I'm done........

I like ATE. Theyre a little different than other barter groups, theyre tighter, more controlled. This can be good in that its a very clean trading experience. They dont have everything others do as a result but it also avoids some of the junk. Clean and simple, small and focused
