Same issues with others, sale item can’t refund to my credit card but they don’t have any policy or information before I order it! I tried to asked manager where I can find the policy online, she just said : just right there!! Right there? Where? She is so proud of that!! I been there so many times, they’re always training employees at morning, so this is the training attitude by ARITZIA manager? The manager name is Adriana, she doesn’t care about that,hope you NEVER NEED ANY RETURN!!

One of the sales associates or maybe even the manager was so incredibly rude. She was around 5’4, had dyed black hair, and green eyes and was so unnecessarily unkind after I asked a very simple question. Extremely condescending behavior and an overall holier than thou attitude.

Unfortunately, my experience visiting here is extremely disappointing.

I visited the store on Aug 17, an Asian associate with tattoos on her left arm was quite rude to me. She interrupted me several times, rolled her eyes, and showed clear impatience when I tried to discuss my concerns and requests.

I also noticed that she was extremely enthusiastic and helpful with the previous customer, who happened to be white. It’s disheartening to think that someone could treat me so poorly, especially when working in a customer-facing role at Aritzia.

On a positive note, another associate, a blonde woman, provided excellent service and resolved my issues. I truly appreciate the care she showed.

Buyers beware!!! Once you buy something on sale , even if it’s 10% off , they will not give refund . They only give you store credit . I didn’t know my sizing with their clothing line . I ordered thousands of dollars and received a store credit . NEVER AGAIN !

The managers are incredibly disrespectful. I came in for what I thought would’ve been an even exchange. To my surprise, they wanted to charge me $14 for exchanging the same item in a different size. After I didn’t understand why I was being charged more, the manager proceeded to say “It’s ONLY $14,” which is insanely rude and condescending to say as a MANAGER to a customer simply confused about a price discrepancy.

Very rude customer service. Nonexistent return policy. Way overpriced clothing. The store is super unorganized and very difficult to find the correct sizes. The fitting rooms don’t have mirrors inside the individual rooms so you have to awkwardly walk out to see the mirror in front of a bunch of random people sitting there watching you.

DO NOT BUY THEIR WOOL COATS.

They may seem luxurious and lovely, and believe me, they definitely start off that way...but after one season of wear the wool started falling off the bottom of the coat. I hadn't even taken it to dry cleaning yet! I own other wool coats from different brands, and none have ever just..lost their wool.

Customer Service was not helpful.

I reached out talking about quality concerns, sent them pictures, and they sent an email back telling me "stains" aren't quality control. They didn't even READ my email and gave me a generic answer. All this to say, spend your money elsewhere.

Decent quality clothing at outrageous prices and salespeople with way too much attitude!! I made a purchase online for black Friday, but they would not give me my refund stating that since there was a black friday discount applied, refunds are not possible. Only store credit. How does that make sense? No, thank you!!! Not coming back!!
