This is a must visit store. So many wonderful Florida friendly clothes. Swimsuits galore! Coverups, skirts, mix and match. The fitting rooms are so clean, and spacious, my pictures don't do them justice, but trust me, the fitting rooms are terrific. Found some cute things on clearance today, and a great purse. So much to choose from. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

After just reading a post about the rude sales clerks at this store I decided to write also. I had a similar experience. I was so upset I wrote to customer service (3 weeks ago) and asked a supervisor to call me but no one did.

New to the area I found the store and love the clothes. But I regularly watched the cashiers berate and yell at customers. Once say to someone say “u better not wear it!” when asked about the return policy. Watched another get yelled at not knowing where the line begins. I cringe and once apologized for the cashier! I told the woman - they yell at everyone. Finally I was the victim. Again regarding the scratch off sale. Not fully understanding the concept I went when the store opened and went right to a cashier. I asked “do I scratch this off in front of you now?” To which she said yes so I did. I was across the store shopping (still the only one there) and I could hear her and now another cashier griping about me saying not nice things ! Across the room ! Like I was ripping them off. . Finally I couldn’t take it and yelled “are u talking about me ?” Then I walked up and said what’s the problem ? The women went into a tirade that was potentially creating a problem- I still didn’t get it. I’m thinking what problem , I’ll buy too much ? Then she began threatening not give me the sale . Then she said nastily I wasn’t supposed to scratch it off until check out . So I said “I asked this other woman standing next to you for permission”. That woman then said “I’m new I didn’t know” I finished my purchase and got out of there. Ordered the rest of what I wanted on line. That day in the store , the nasty one was the woman who opened up. Clearly this is a management problem not being addressed. Great clothes but wear your tough skin when you shop there - some (not all) off the cashiers are brutal.

My wife just left this store about an hour ago. She had the most horrible experience trying to buy three blouses at this location.
The cashiers were very rude to her as she was trying to check out with what she wanted to purchase.
One cashier yelled loudly at her that she needed to be in the correct line. My wife felt very embarrassed that the cashier made a scene in front of everyone.
Once she got to the other cashier she was told that "she was a bad girl" for scratching off the coupon from a mailer. The cashier told her that they have to do that. My wife was unaware that she wasn't supposed to scratch it off before going to the store. How would you know what the special is before you go into the store then. That cashier even said that if the discount had been 50% Off then she would NOT give my wife the coupon but since it was only 25% discount then she would go ahead and give the the discount this time only for the three blouses she was purchasing. We are talking about a $83 purchase after the deal.

As she was describing her experience to me I told her that I would have left everything there and walked out on them for being so disrespectful to their customers. For such a higher end apparel store I would have expected that the service would be much more professional and personable.

I have been in sales for over 45 years and the lack of quality service at this store is totally uncalled for. Management better do a better job of training their personnel. I know that we will not spend any more of our hard earned dollars here.

Best selection in Fort Myers, reasonable price points, helpful staffs, great sales. Worth a look.

My Wife loves this place ❤️, I was Extremely Impressed with their Quanity huge variety selection, and Quality of merchandise, on her first visit. We've been back twice already in a two week span. Highly recommend!

Someone suggested I visit your store on College Pkwy for the first time. I liked all the items I saw and you had a great selection. You had many sales people working and were behind the counter. One or two I saw walk around the store for a moment. They were very busy talking to each other. Not one person offered to help or ask what I was looking for. Not one person came by the dressing room to ask if I needed a different size. I even had a sales person standing near me and totally ignored myself and the other person I was next to. Terrible customer service. I would never go back and I now know it had happened to a few people within the last month. Train your staff on customer service. Be a bit more welcoming. I gave you three stars because you had interesting clothing. BTW, I had many pieces in my hand and left them behind. Gave my money to a store that appreciates customers
