5 stars because the staff is SO friendly! Except one guy that I checked in with that gave me zero details on what im supposed to do.

So.... you check in in the front. If you're dropping, they give you a sticky note to bring to the security out back. If they dont give you one, ask for one. If you're live loading/unloading, you're supposed to fill out a live load form with your number on it. Then you're supposed to drop your trailer in whatever door and park in the front. First guy told me none of that....I was unloaded in 20 minutes.

Listen! don't book their load from Medford,OR to Shafter,CA.They are going to waste your time and pay you a cheap price,even not going to unload you.

As a driver I believe that the experience of delivering and picking up was pretty reasonable, but if you need to use the restroom and you ask them if it’s ok to use it they deny the use of restroom, they tell you there isn’t any available 🤬. Imagine if there is an emergency?
It’s a huge warehouse for them not to have this kind of service available to drivers.

Customer service over the phone is the worse we have experienced , dont deliver tires on time and the quality of service they used to have has been changed a lot, we decided to close our account with them and send our business to a big company that really take care of their customers .
