Very cute and tidy store. Both times I stopped in staff were courteous. Lots of kids items and a decent selection of adult clothes for men, women and kids.

Went in there multiple times during our trip only hoping that someone else would be at cash register besides this older woman who is very rude. Asked for different sizes and was rudely declined. Even while walking around, we saw the back room was full of different sizes. There are multiple boxes full of who knows what in the store. Besides that they had amazing clothing/merchandise

I cannot put my experience into words. The older lady with glasses did not know how to open the POS so she called her supervisor. Once he fixed it he left immediately, I had a gift card which she also didn’t know how to do either. I asked her to call her boss back so we just leave and she said oh Jesus. We had been waiting in the store for AN HOUR. All we wanted was a souvenir for our trip. It was so frustrating, we left with nothing. Hopefully tomorrow she isn’t working. They need to do some serious training.

I walked in with my service dog and was screamed at “no big dogs allowed”. First of all my dog is only 35 pounds and she is a medium size. Not only that but she is a TRAINED SERVICE ANIMAL!!!!!!! I was so embarrassed and disheartened. I was DISCRIMINATED against. Never was I asked if my dog was of service to me. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA. Worst experience considering how amazing the other shops were on the island. Awful way to get in business
